In a move unexpected, Chicago has stepped up to the plate to rescue Northern Illinois infants from their uneducated Parents. In bold buffoonery, the Council decided to outlaw – Crib Bumpers.

Chicago today became the first city in the country to ban the sale of crib bumper pads because the popular products pose a suffocation risk to babies.
