The provision within the NationalBlueways system for “headwaters to mouth” is the new catch phrase for “waters of America”. Using the tried and true method of renaming an assault on the states to make it sound like a good deal when we know it isn’t, is nothing new. The intent is to take over all water from any source whatsoever.
While the government is planning on blowing out more than 2600 dams here in the US, allowing fresh water resources and reservoirs to flow away into the ocean, we are constantly warned of a water shortage. The excuses for this is that rivers need to be restored to their former states to save some fish that has long ago adjusted to its surroundings.
Since there is in actuality no critical water shortage, one has to be created. This will be done by redefining what is federally controlled water, and, by emptying reservoirs and other water reserves. No dams will replace those blown meaning that all water in that river or stream will disappear into oblivion while your water is rationed. All of this just in time for the installation of SMART Water Meters which will drive your water bill through the roof.
But the issue of water is not about the salmon, or the rivers flowing free or any other environmental nonsense. It is converting all water everywhere to be under the control of the federal corporation to facilitate the LOST treaty, and to convert even simple trade into federal commerce.
The National Blueways Water System appears to be the work of the infamous Ken Salazar, Secretary of the Department of interior, but is actually the intended result of several executive orders from the president. Secretary Sally, as he is often referred to, has been the facilitator of the massive land devastation in the Western States. His plans to “industrialize” the western states have resulted in the decimation of our wild horses and burros, for reasons unknown, the selling off of public lands to private corporations, and of course the whole sale destruction of water and land resources which are in reality, state assets. The Department of Interior, as a privately owned federal corporation, rakes in the profits from this whole-sale plundering of state lands and resources while supplying minimal compensation to county’s and states governments. MC: Monsanto, Bill Gates, the Rockefellers, Craig Venter and other investors are working behind-the-scenes to bring genetically engineered (GE) algae to market with products that include fuel, animal feed made with manure, human food and vaccines.
The US government has a stake in this enterprise, too. Obama put a moratorium on drilling for oil on federal land and voted down the Keystone pipeline, in addition to subsidizing the nuclear industry instead of increasing oil reserves.
Obama has advocated replacing 17% of US oil imports with oil made from algae.
Algae could be the next bottomless pit that the government flushes money down, to the detriment of the taxpayer, similar to the many solar energy scandals.
There are two major areas of algae research that the government and private entities are funding; open pond algae farms use massive amounts of freshwater, but this is the cheapest option. The second option is mutated, genetically engineered (GE) or synthetic algae that may be able to use saltwater and polluted water, but there are risks of out-of-control consequences.

Obama referenced a study that suggested 17% of US oil imports could be replaced with algae oil using the open pond method. However, he failed to mention that these algae farms would require land mass the size of North Dakota and a continuous supply of freshwater.
It requires 350 gallons of water to produce 1 gallon of algae oil! The amount of water required to replace 17% of oil imports is equal to 25% of all water in the US used for crop irrigation.
The study published by the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory failed to account for polluted water, evaporation and the energy required to keep ponds from freezing.
I have been following the efforts by the federal corporation that operates under fraud as the “federal government”, especially in the area of water. Water rights, water access and water availability are seriously threatened by both factions of the political crime syndicate that is the federal corporation a.k.a., “the Federal Government”. There is no such entity, only a massive and hostile corporation that is foreign and hostile to the states.
At issue now is our water.
Why ownership of the water is an issue
This last year saw the latest attempts to pass the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST). LOST requires that all waters from any source whatsoever be under the jurisdiction of the federal corporation, otherwise the LOST treaty has limited or no effect.
As the LOST treaty has again failed to pass, as have successive attempts to legislate water to bring it under federal corporate control, congress tried to quietly ship the redefining of “navigable waters” into “Waters of America” over to the Environmental Protection Agency. The EPA is a privately owned, for profit, corporation wholly owned by the federal corporation. It is not a cabinet agency and is not part of the federal corporation that acts as the government.

The mainstream media is reporting that banks are preparing for collapse by preparing “recovery plans” and have been advised that they may not rely on government help.
Last week a court ruled that a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) that trades in commodities was allowed to use “customer segregated funds” as collateral and to pay its debt. This ruling sets a precedent for greedy bankers and traders to get off scot-free while using customer money for collateral and paying debt, just like the MF Global case that is unfolding. Ann Barhardt warns that all financial institutions like banks, insurance companies, pension funds, retirement accounts, etc. are vulnerable to this type of plunder because the precedent has been set and they will take advantage of it.
In addition, she warns that people will panic when their accounts are raided and demand that the government and the FDIC cover their losses. The only way that people can be repaid is to print more money, resulting in massive inflation, which will lead to total collapse. Your property is now subject to total theft by bankers. She urges people to get out of all markets and take physical possession of all money.

EMF Consultant & Regulatory Advisor David Wilner of Novato California filed a lawsuit against utility provider PG&E concerning SmartMeters that have been deployed to over 8 million homes, at a cost of $2.2 billion. PG&E contends that SmartMeters are safe, yet they have asked the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) to give customers an opt-out choice of radio-free SmartMeters or returning to analog meters. The CPUC’s decision is still pending.
It is hard to imagine how PG&E could defend itself against the following causes of action in Wilner’s lawsuit:
• SmartMeters emit radio frequency (RF) radiation which is a health danger.
• PG&E said that their SmartMeters emit only 1 watt of RF radiation, but they really emit more than 2 watts, so the radiation cloud in the entire network area is more than 16 million watts of RF pulsed radiation! Wilner’s lawsuit seeks to reduce the radiation down to PG&E’s stated level of 1 watt. More
Another political mystery as a man who has spent little of his adult life in his supposed native country, suddenly surfaces and wins a national election. John Key of New Zealand appears to be the counter part to Obama’s sudden appearance in the US. An Associated Press report on Tuesday, August 9 revealed that Arnold Schwarzenegger, California Governor from November 2003 through 2010, could face legal action for recently smoking a cigar at Salzburg Airport in Austria.
“Was it lit or was it cold?” the article asked. “The status of a cigar in Arnold Schwarzenegger’s mouth at an Austrian airport could decide whether or not he faces legal action.”

The staggering losses of Sacramento splittail and other fish species in the death pumps of the state and federal water projects on the California Delta continue as the Brown and Obama administrations export record volumes of water to corporate agribusiness and southern California water agencies.
An astounding 8,966,976 splittail, 35,556 chinook salmon, 430,289 striped bass, 54,412 largemouth bass, 69,383 bluegill, 76,570 white catfish, 28,301 channel catfish, 233,174 threadfin shad, 264,171 American shad, 1,642 steelhead and 51 Delta smelt were “salvaged” in the state and federal water export facilities from January 1 to August 2, 2011, according to Department of Fish and Game (DFG) data.

At water rights hearings at the Nevada Department of Water Resources, farmers and ranchers of Eureka, Nevada seem to be caught between a rock and a hard place. Several articles have been written about their plight (links below).
But it seems like something “bigger” is happening. It is, and it’s probably happening to you, too.
After the most recent hearing, I saw a flyer on a bulletin board in the hallway. On it, the American Water Resources Association (AWRA) described a conference about Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM). The flyer linked IWRM to the Global Water Partnership and the 2002 World Summit on Sustainable Development in Johannesburg.
Does this sound as “American” as apple pie to you? Or does it sound multi-national and make you wonder how this might relate not only to our water rights, but to our constitutional rights here in the U.S.A.?
The conference aims were to explore IWRM in detail from both “US and international perspectives” and ask questions like “Can the USA implement IWRM?” and “How can IWRM best be implemented?”
However, the bigger question should be, do you want your property (and our United States) to be governed by international laws?
So what exactly is INTEGRATED WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT (IWRM)?
On the AWRA website, it states “Participants in the national collaboration process spearheaded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers defined IWRM in this manner: ‘IWRM aims to develop and manage water, land, and related resources, while considering multiple viewpoints of how water should be managed (i.e. planned, designed and constructed, managed, evaluated, and regulated). It is a goal-directed process for controlling the development and use of river, lake, ocean, wetland, and other water assets in ways that integrate and balance stakeholder interests, objectives, and desired outcomes across levels of governance and water sectors for the sustainable use of the earth’s resources’.”
So, it’s also about managing the land and “related resources?” Does this mean ALL land and ALL resources? And who exactly will be offering the “multiple viewpoints” that IWRM aims to consider while CONTROLLING the development and use of river, lake, ocean, wetland and other water assets? Who are the stakeholders? Does the “stakeholder” group include PROPERTY OWNERS? What exactly are the “desired outcomes” of earth’s resources and who is desiring these outcomes?
Whatever it is, IWRM wants everybody to do it: “The American Water Resources Association calls on policy makers, planners and managers at national, tribal, interstate, state and local levels to encourage collaborations, policies, programs and plans that embrace Integrated Water Resources Management.” More
A full scale attack by EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers to take control of all water from any source whatsoever is under way. What these agencies are attempting is an end run around water and land rights. These agencies are constructing regulations and fictional jurisdictional control. We cannot depend on our courts or the federal government to reign in and control these agencies as they are both privately owned corporations that masquerade as public service agencies. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), a for-profit federal corporation, issued a memo laying out its plans to seize 10 million additional acres across the Western states including, Nevada, Oregon, Wyoming, California, and Utah. The federal government already claims ownership or control of 84% of Utah and at least 68% of Nevada. The document clearly lays out the propaganda to be used in this land theft, referring to the theft as saving national treasures, pristine areas, treasured landscapes, etc.. Sounds really peachy until you get to the part about mining and natural resources, to be stolen at the same time.
Concealing their identity under the appearance of a “public agency”, BLM uses congress and the executive branch to not only hide what it really is and what it is doing, but to make it appear legitimate; lawful, legal. It is a deception that has gone on since 1906 when the Antiquities Act was passed, which BLM now is claiming as its enabling legislation. The 1906 Act was only 296 words long and said nothing about how to perpetrate theft of states lands and their accompanying natural resources.
The question immediately arises in my mind; “How can the BLM claim ownership of land? Doesn’t the Constitution expressly deny the central government ownership of any land other than insular possessions, territories and the ten square mile parcel of land ceded to it for its existence?” Yes it does, but the Bureau of Land Management is a privately owned corporation and is not bound by constitutional restraints. Food is a market that will always exist. Many people are turning away from industrial farmed food, seeking healthier choices and getting back to the basics.
Victory gardens in America produced up to 40% of all vegetables consumed during World War II. Over 20 million home gardens, apartment rooftop plants and community plots produced 9-10 million tons of produce; equal to the amount of commercial production at that time. The population during the war years increased from approximately 132 million people in 1940 to 140 million in 1945. Current US population is approaching 311 million people.
A family in Pasadena, California is making a living from selling produce grown in their yard to neighbors and restaurants. They grow 6,000 pounds of produce on 1/10th of an acre of cultivated land per year.
While organic food accounts for only 1%- 2% of all food sales worldwide, the organic market expands up to 20% per year. We believe that the organic market is small right now because of lack of education about health dangers of GE (genetically engineered) food and the lack of labeling of GE food. Mount Tenabo, is a sacred mountain for the Western Shoshone people. It is located within the territory of the Western Shoshone Nation in Nevada, about 20 miles south and a little west of the city of Crescent Valley, NV.

Driving up to the pumps, I have a distinct experience of entering “No Man’s Land.” Gas is up over three bucks in Oregon and shows no sign of ever coming down. It strikes me that this feels like an affront, a virtual assault —that the price of gas is actually attacking my ever-diminishing financial reserves, and laying waste that green stuff which constitutes my nest egg.
A confluence of forces are amassing at this point in time, which are keeping folks home much more than in past years. One is the price of gas. Another is the plunge of the dollar, world-wide. My intended trip to Jerusalem and points beyond will be deferred to a later date, for this reason alone.
Other economic realities buttress the decision to stick around home plate. Job insecurity coupled with the spectre of possible home foreclosure amp up the sense of financial anxiety. The net effect of these conditions is that Americans are more home-bound. Like so many other Americans, I look anxiously to the political horizon to see a sign of change but see only a changing of the guard as our collective economic future marches towards a dark terminus. The US food system is rigged in favor of Monsanto, Bayer, Syngenta, DuPont and the other genetically modified seed manufacturers , their BigAgra confederates, USDA head Tom Vilsack, and the FDA’ “Food Czar,” Michael Taylor, a former Monsanto employee.
Taylor, the senior advisor to the Commissioner of Food and Drug Administration, (DHHS) and strong supporter of Codex Alimentarius, worked for a law firm hired by Monsanto that drafted and submitted the policy brief/outline justifying GMO food for approval to the USDA. GMO foods were later introduced into the US food system as “equivalent to normal foods,” or words to that effect, withno labeling requirements during the 1990’s.
The multi-national GM seed manufacturers refused to label GMO products because (1) they knew liability might consume them if links were ever established that their GM food harmed humans and (2) because few consumers would buy their products if a GM label was on the package.
Therefore, neither they, the WHO, FAO, FDA, nor the so-called “international food standard”—Codex Alimentarius —are about food or food safety.

A recent article about state governments seizing the rights to rain water off your roof, elicited a comment that almost sounded like it was relevant; until you examined the actual available data. Because the of the convoluted logic used to make the arguments in this commentary, we felt it necessary to dispel misconceptions many people operate under when it comes to the issue of water rights. This comment, crafted to look as though the government both state and federal is …..only trying to protect the rights of land owners….is a PR piece; gee….I wonder where this came from?
C.First, in the western states, water rights are held for the beneficial use by the public and apportioned for use by seniority.
A.At one time this was true, but reinterpretation by the BLM of “public use”, “adequate use” and “beneficial use” have rendered seniority use as a part of property rights, null and void. This means you have no water rights to speak of; apportioned use is not even a consideration. Profit is all that matters and many states no longer recognize water rights as belonging to individual land regardless of what the previous statutes and laws were.
Because water is now declared by BLM to be a salable commodity, every effort is made to contract the allocated rights to water, to private corporations for use in strip mining, geo-thermal activities, and for sale to private corporations for diversions to far away places!
These private sellers have first rights to their allocation of water before any water is released to the “public”. On public lands either owned or controlled by the BLM, ALL waters existing above or below the surface belong to and are controlled by the BLM. They could give a crap if you have water or you don’t. The final weeks of the 2010 second session of the 111th Congress could be the most dangerous in our history. In view of the current outlook for mid-term elections, this may be the last chance Senator Reid has to push through Cap ‘n Trade, the Clean Water Restoration Act, the Wildlife Corridors Act, the CLEAR Act, and Food Health bills that will strangle the farming industry.
The Senate will reconvene September 13th and adjourn October 8th. They return after the election recess on November 15th and work until the week of Thanksgiving. Then work continues in December. While these bills can be brought up any time during the critical days ahead, our property rights and interests are most vulnerable during the sessions following election.

Investigative journalist/author/editor/publisher Steven Long of Houston, Texas has uncovered yet another glaring, corrupt distortion of truth and regulation by controversial Secretary of the Department of Interior (DoI) Ken Salazar’s Bureau of Land Management (BLM). Within a recent article in Horseback Magazine Long exposes the fact that the BLM’s secret “No Fly Zones” over their aerial attacks on native wild horses is a figment of their own imagination, proving that America has been duped for years by the malevolent federal agency.Press and public alike have always taken the BLM’s warnings at face value but under questioning by Long a Washington based BLM Spin Master gave a polished up answer:
“…we did consider a TFR for the Nevada gathers, but the field staff learned from the Federal Aviation Administration that gather operations (roundups) currently do not meet the standard criteria…”
This news comes as a great boon to the bulk of U.S. taxpayers who are collectively banding together in an effort to stop the BLM from moving forward with their inhumane and unnecessary wild horse roundups.
As of late, the BLM and their helicopter stampede contractors have slipped into a “covert mode” of operations due to increased fear that the truth regarding their questionable operations will be documented by the press and U.S. citizens. During the deadly Calico Complex roundup, earlier this year, eye witness accounts and photos surfaced of young horses being run to their deaths by helicopters and videos were circulated of the hostile and aggressive manner in which helicopters are utilized to harass and terrify America’s native wild horses. Since that time, BLM roundups have been conducted under a cloak of secrecy by securing the trap sites and holding areas on private land, therefore ensuring that American citizen’s First Amendment rights cannot be exercised.
This is Agenda 21 in action, folks. Bushmen are being driven off their land because “the Bushmen’s presence in the reserve is not compatible with preserving wildlife and that living in such harsh conditions offers few prospects.” Previously, “another court allowed the Bushmen to return to desert-like homelands where diamond mining claims and a new luxury tourist lodge led to their eviction by the government.”
So here it is in a nutshell:
Indigenous people are being driven off their land through water deprivation under the pretext of wildlife conservation. In the meantime, their water and land are being used for things like luxury tourist lodges and diamond mining. After all, the rich need to have their diamonds and be surrounded by wildlife without the inconvenient sight of the lower order of people of which you and I are a part.

One does not have to be a prophet to know that we are on the precipice of some potentially catastrophic–or at the very least, challenging–days. In fact, most of us are already in challenging days, and some are already enduring catastrophic events. That is, if one would call being out of work, losing one’s home, facing life-threatening medical conditions without any prospect of medical insurance, several families being forced to live in one house due to homes being foreclosed, etc., catastrophic.
The potential for an escalation of cataclysmic events, however, is very real. Only a “blooming idiot” would call someone who attempts to prepare for “the day of adversity” a Chicken Little now. Anyone who does not see the storm clouds on the horizon isn’t paying attention.
For example, can one imagine what would happen if terrorists nuked a major American city or cities? (Once again, I encourage readers to go get the videos of the CBS TV series “Jericho” to get an idea of how quickly life, and even civilization, could change.) Imagine if there was another 9/11-type event. What would happen if some form of Zimbabwe-style inflation hit the US? What would happen if anything disrupted the distribution of Welfare checks, or food to local grocers? Imagine a Hurricane Katrina-style natural disaster in your town. I think people everywhere are beginning to awaken to just how vulnerable we all really are.

What was begun and partially implemented under the Republicans is now being finished by the Democrats. If the majority of us have not understood by now that there is only one party in the District of Criminals, and that both factions of this party of controlling elites is dedicated to ending our sovereignty and thoroughly trashing our Constitution to meet that end, there is no hope for us.
Although most of the country heaved a sigh of relief when Bush 2 left office, taking with him the most corrupt cabinet and administration ever in our history, that relief was short lived. When the Democrats assumed power many assumed there would be a reversal of all the egregious legislation that was neither Constitutional nor conducive to a free democratic society. In that moment when we had to decide which lever to pull in the voting booth, which button to push many of us hoped this simple act would magically change the nightmare that has become our “government”.
We voted for change. The Democrats who promised change are fulfilling that promise with speed. Here’s the change we can believe in:
HR 814 National Animal Identification System (NAIS)
The theft of real livestock property from individual owners and producers creating a burdensome regulatory system with massive costs to family and independent producers while providing loopholes for industrialized corporate animal production; a known source of food contamination. This program will do nothing to halt or track disease in livestock that isn’t already being done without it.
HR 875, the Food Safety and Modernization Act and a host of other like-bills.
Euphemistically referred to as “food safety” bills. Dedicated to centralizing the food supply in the hands of industrialized corporate farming and ending family and independent farming and ranching.
These bills create a police state bureau which will be empowered to act outside the Constitution and not constrained by constitutional provisions or rights. Each of them includes the Premises ID which empowers the government to seize and control previously owned individual property.
These bills are dedicated to the takeover of all food production and supply in the US.
HR 759 The Food and Drug Administration Globalization Act of 2009
This bill will facilitate the full implementation of Codex Alimentarius a world wide effort by the UN to seize control of food production and supply by forcing all nations to adhere to a contrived “harmonization” of laws. Codex is set to be fully implemented by December 31, 2009 but without passage and adoption of Codex through legislative action, this would be an act of treason to subject the people of the US to non-US laws and regulations.
S 787 :The Clean Water Restoration Act
which is nothing more than the federal government seizing control of the US water supply from any source whatsoever.
S 773 The Cyber Security Act of 2009-10
This fine piece of fascist work includes a “kill switch” provision allowing the government at will, at its own determination to shut off all or parts of the internet. And of course there is s 778 which establishes a new office in the executive branch dedicated to doing this very thing.
PS: On this kill switch issue they also want one on planes, and a “kill switch” is included in SMART GRID that ever expanding plan to dictate how much energy you can use with the capability of shutting down entire sections of the country……or just your house…..whatever suits their needs at the moment.
With just these five bills our government is poised to;
take over food production and supply and hand it over to their corporate handlers
force family and independent food and livestock producers to “voluntarily” abandon their property rights and forfeit them to the federal government
establish another police state bureaucracy whose main mission will be enforcement of this part of the police state
seize control of the entire water supply allowing it to be converted from one of human right, to a tradable commodity for sale to the highest bidder and which will necessitate the creation of yet another bureaucracy to enforce this takeover
Shut down all internet access and phone service at will to end the alternative sources of news and communication by the public to be enforced by another newly created bureaucracy located in the White House.
Shut down all electric service either individually or by region or area which of course will require another unelected bureaucratic enforcement agency to be created.
Not one of these bills or programs will make us safe from terrorist attacks or do anything other than diminish our standing as a free people. Each of these items is designed to lessen our freedom, to subject us to police state powers enforced by multiple police state enforcement agencies.
As for the “national security” claim and the threats of being attacked; we would be far better off to keep an eye on the Washington District of Criminals. It is from the “district” that the greatest attacks on our freedom and liberty are being waged.
Since most of you rely on the monopolized media industry for your information it may come as a surprise to know that what we have and are seeing is;
global banking institutions looting developing countries,
central banks plundering foreign exchange reserves,
undermining national governments,
destabilizing entire national economies and
promoting instability and unrest throughout the world.
Over the years, a massive concentration of financial power has taken place in the hands of these global players as a means of finally installing a Global Currency and the New World Order as a reality. All that is left for us is to understand that and accept a global oligarchy as our masters. A revolution is out of the question, as very soon our money, property, food, water, pharmaceuticals, employment, weapons and ammunition, communications, transportation, and all forms of information, will be manufactured and distributed by global corporations as they see fit. There will be no place to go or hide, and no possibility of resistance, as your friends and relatives will be reporting your every move and comments.

• Nearly 1000 new professionals signed the Professionals’ Statement that calls for an end to fluoridation worldwide. The total is now 1,994. Italian and French translations of the Statement are online thanks to Stefano Montanari of Modena, Italy, and Jimmy Siles of Quebec City.
• 74 communities said no to fluoridation in 2008. 53 of these communities voted in referendums held on November 4th.
• 4 FAN videos in the new series Professional Perspectives (approx length 4-5 minutes each). Interviews with
— Bill Osmunson DDS, MPH: Over 87,000 people have watched this powerful 5 minute video.
— Dr. Vyvyan Howard, President, International Society of Doctors for the Environment, addresses fluoride’s adverse effect on the brain.

• An exciting video compilation of statements from over a dozen professionals will be released at the end of December (see A special thank you gift below).
• FAN paid for the translation of 19 Chinese published studies on fluoride’s effect on the brain and IQ. 11 of these studies have been published in the journal Fluoride (April-June 2008 issue), with more in the works. There are now 23 studies from 4 countries which indicate an association between high fluoride intake and lowering of IQ in children. Note: there is no adequate margin of safety to protect all children in a fluoridated community.
• FAN provided information to reporters, local officials, researchers, and the groups and individuals fighting fluoridation in Australia, Canada, Ireland, Israel, New Zealand, UK, and the US.
• In August, FAN held its third Citizens’ Conference on Fluoride in Toronto. It was an enormous success and generated a great deal of attention in the Canadian national media. By linking our conference with that of the International Society for Fluoride Research we armed our activists from several countries with some of the best science on this issue available.
• Following in the wake of the Toronto presentations on fluoride and the brain by Dr. Vyvyan Howard, the Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment produced a statement opposing fluoridation in September. In 2009 we hope to get more national organizations to do likewise.
• FAN has worked this year to get a US Congressional hearing. It is too soon to give any details at this point.
• FAN continues to fight EPA’s outrageously unscientific and illegitimate approval of DOW’s use of sulfuryl fluoride as a food fumigant in mills, warehouses and processing plants (this will greatly increase fluoride exposure). We agreed to a mediation effort and have had two meetings with EPA officials. Our efforts (along with the Environmental Working Group and Beyond Pesticides) have been greatly assisted by the availability of a pro bono lawyer. We might well be in court on this in 2009.
But we do need your financial help to keep ALL our battles raging. Compared to the giants we are fighting, who have multi-million dollar budgets of taxpayers’ money at their disposal, our budget requirements are relatively modest. Our estimated expenditures for 2008 to date are approximately $76,000. This is so low because we only offer token salaries and we receive a great deal of pro bono support from many of our supporters.
So one way and another, we get a great deal out of a small budget. Nevertheless each year we still have the task of raising that budget and we realize with the current economic crisis that this year, this is going to be tougher than ever. So please give what you can.

During this very informative interview, I had a thought – one I’d actually had before, but Dr. Laibow reminded me of it again – to search for information on chemicals that can cause swelling of the tissues of the upper airway. You see, I was diagnosed, in December 2004, with severe obstructive sleep apnea, a condition caused by the tissues of my upper airway blocking my airway – and thus, ceasing my breathing – during sleep. Incidentally, I noticed that this effect was reduced by my adopting of the paleolithic diet about seven or eight months ago. My theory, which I’ve corroborated with a doctor’s opinion, is that the fat loss I went through when I was in the early phases of the diet had probably shrunk the fatty laryngeal tissues of my upper airway, thus giving me at least some degree of relief from my sleep apnea.
Anyway, as I searched for chemicals that cause swelling or inflammation of these upper airway tissues, I came across some evidence that at least one chemical – sodium hydroxide – does, indeed cause such an effect. Furthermore, I found that sodium hydroxide has been approved by the FDA as a food additive and, further, that it is also approved for that purpose by Codex Alimentarius. Oh, and it’s also in your drinking water, supposedly to prevent the corrosion of iron and copper pipes, which is a strange thing, since the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for sodium hydroxide says it’s a harmful corrosive agent, itself.
Part of the Codex’s agenda includes outlawing all dietary supplements, a goal I have mixed feelings about, as I have personally researched and confirmed that most, if not all supplements contain harmful fillers and additives, some of which can be especially dangerous to people with diabetes.
But, getting back to the effects of justsodium hydroxide – never mind the some 699 other chemicals that have been found in our drinking water – I now have evidence that it may, at least in part, be responsible for the epidemic of obstructive sleep apnea that has suddenly burgeoned within the last decade or so. And who knows what else it may be responsible for?
1) NEW VIDEO: An Environmental Professional Speaks Out on Fluoride
This week, the Fluoride Action Network (FAN) launched the latest video in its “Professional Perspectives” series on water fluoridation. The video is short (just 5 minutes) and features Brent Foster, an environmental attorney and State Conservation Chair of the Oregon Sierra Club. Foster explains why he went from being a onetime proponent of fluoridation to spearheading a successful statewide effort to defeat mandatory fluoridation in Oregon, and how he was able to get the support of the only doctor, dentist, and nurse in the Oregon legislature. The video can be viewed online at FAN’s homepage, or on YouTube. 2) Kidney Foundation Drops its Support of Fluoridation:
A new position paper from the National Kidney Foundation concludes that individuals with chronic kidney disease should be notified of the potential risk from exposure to fluorides. The document acknowledges gaping holes in research concerning kidney impacts from fluorides, and thus further undermines the myth that fluoridation has been proven safe for everyone. In addition to advising that kidney patients be notified of their vulnerability to fluoride, the Kidney Foundation officially withdrew from the American Dental Association’s list of organizations which support fluoridation. To read more about this development, and to watch a FAN video discussing the issue, click here. 3) List of Communities Rejecting Fluoridation Grows Larger The number of communities rejecting fluoridation continues to grow. On April 1, Quebec City in Canada terminated its fluoridation program after 36 years, thus joining the ranks of other major Canadian cities – such as Montreal and Vancouver – which do not fluoridate their water. Another major victory occurred on the Isle of Man in Europe when the Health Ministry announced on June 12th that it was abandoning its attempt to fluoridate water after a government survey showed the public opposed to the plan. Other communities recently rejecting fluoridation include Dryden, Ontario; Littleton, Massachusetts; and Yarmouth, Massachusetts. In Dryden, voters rejected a fluoridation proposal by a 7-to-1 margin! 4) City that Gave Birth to Fluoridation is Having Second Thoughts
In 1945, Grand Rapids, Michigan became the first city to ever fluoridate its water. Now, 63 years later, some city officials in this town are beginning to wonder whether they should join the growing tide of cities and towns rejecting fluoridation. As noted in an a June 23 article from the Chicago Tribune,
“the chemical widely credited with dramatically cutting cavities and promoting oral hygiene, is having its scientific credentials questioned in the city that literally swallowed it first… [T]he push here mirrors a spreading nationwide awareness and re-examination of the health impact of a wide variety of chemicals added to food, health-care products and water.”

5) TAKE ACTION: Help Save Louisiana from Fluoridation Mandate!
While the victories above are encouraging, proponents of fluoridation continue their relentless push to, quite literally, shove fluoride down people’s throats. Of particular concern are renewed attempts to pass mandatory fluoridation bills at the statewide level in the US. Sadly, in April, the legislature in Nebraska (with virtually no public input) passed one of these bills, thereby requiring every town with at least 1,000 residents to fluoridate their water. A similar bill has also just been quietly fast-tracked through the Louisiana legislature. We still have a chance, however, to prevent this tragedy from happening. 6) NEW FLYER: 1,700+ Health Professionals Call for End to Fluoridation
The Fluoride Action Network continues its ongoing effort to solicit the support of professionals from the medical, scientific, and environmental communities. Over the past year, over 1,750 professionals — including a Nobel Prize Laureate in Medicine, 3 panelists who wrote the groundbreaking National Research Council review “Fluoride in Drinking Water,” 3 scientists from the Environmental Protection Agency’s Headquarters Union, and hundreds of doctors, dentists, and researchers — have signed FAN’s Professionals’ Statement Calling for an End to Water Fluoridation. To help raise more awareness about this movement, and to help get additional signers, FAN has released a professional quality flyer containing the text of the full Statement. 7) Important Fluoride Conferences in Toronto, Canada, August 7-11
With over 30% of children in the United States and Canada now impacted by dental fluorosis, it is clear that millions of children are being over-exposed to fluoride. In light of the health risks associated with excessive fluoride exposures, scientists and activists are converging in Toronto, Canada for TWO historic conferences.
The first conference (August 7-10), hosted by the International Society for Fluoride Research (ISFR), will examine fluoride’s impact on bone and brain health and feature presentations from some of the world’s leading scientists on fluoride toxicity. The second conference (August 10-11), hosted by the Fluoride Action Network, will address what citizens can do to stop water fluoridation in their own communities and regions.
Taken together, the back-to-back Conferences will allow people to
   • hear and digest the best science on fluoride’s dangers to human health.
   • meet in person some of the world’s leading fluoride researchers.
   • meet and strategize with citizens and scientists fighting fluoridation from Canada, US, Australia, and other countries.
I have found it is quite easy to predict what will be coming in the form intrusive and invasive legislation; laws that will rob us of more of our freedom, that will allow more government intrusion into our lives and our privacy. I just make it a point to watch any of the MSM news shows (except anything on FOX) to hear what the latest “concerns” are by intelligence agencies or other people in the know.
For weeks now, newscasters have told of the serious threat of cybercrimes, and we all need to be shaking in our shoes over the threat of propaganda from “extremists” operating in cyberspace that are going to invade our home computers, take over our minds with clever brainwashing techniques and lead us all into the realm of terrorists. Of course if you do watch FAUX news, this could be a distinct possibility!
Congress is now considering the Anti-Homegrown, Anti Radical, Anti-Dissident, Anti-Whatever you can come up with bill that has as its centerpiece the intent to control web access and content. Unknown to the millions of us who are on the net daily, sometimes for hours at a time, there are radical extremists just lying in wait for the chance to expose us to their verison of propaganda. Like we couldn’t spot that after being inundated by the junk dumped onto the net by our own government. But I personally have never seen or been approached by any of these cyber radicals and I spend hours each and every day working online. In fact, I can’t find even one person who has ever seen any of these radicals pop into their system.
So fearful is our congress that we will not only be exposed to radical propaganda (other than theirs) but, we are so stupid and so gullible that we will be immediately sucked into the world of radical extremism. So, we need a new law! One that will close off entire sections of the net, that will stifle any politcal, religious, or social efforts for change. The truth is, they need this law primarily to stop the activism, the flow of real information and to stop the growing movement in America to take back our country from a fatally corrupted government that is now controlled totally by multinational corporations, the global elite and those who are working towards a one world government.
George Tenent, head of the FBI recently testified to a sub-committee that the FBI needs total access to all internet and communications by any individual anywhere in the country. Why? Because spying on every one will undoubtedly produce at least one radical terrorist in the making. Not one of those people chairing that committee asked George the obvious question: How could overloading the surveillance systems with useless information from billions of sources produce anything but chaos and, how could you possibly thread through the mountains of useless information each day and think that you could possibly identify even one source of importance or interest? The fact is you couldn’t, but that isn’t the real intent anyway. Thats the created fictional threat. Now….aren’t you scared?
The Clean Water Restoration Act is another of those created fictional problems dutifully reported by the MSM as a “growing threat” to the environment. Why! polluters will run rampant if we don’t pass this “clean water” act. They are running rampant anyway and this law will only make that problem worse. By allowing the federal government to claim control over every water source of any kind, and even over dry lake beds, they can stop those polluters dead in their tracks! NOT! The fed has to claim authority over all the water in order to be able to privatize the entire water system by selling it off. This would be to the same corporations in many cases that are doing the polluting and would now be able to sue the government under the trade illegal provisions of CAFTA. Meaning any law, environmental or otherwise that prohibits their ability to make a profit even if they are the only enitity involved who thinks a profit is possible.
What passes for news in this country is simply the promotion of state sponsored approved content. What ever is in the works in D.C., will show up on MSM as headline news presented as a threat, as a great national concern which will preceed some poltical official making a statement about how terrible the problem is…….but he/she has a plan! Something that will save us all from the current fictional threat. A new law that will take more away from us in the form of freedom.

—–The Real Goal of HR 2421, the Clean Water Restoration Act Is to give Corps and EPA Control Of All Watersheds Which Means National Land Use Control. It will give the Corps and EPA control over your property.
—–Besides private property, HR 2421 threatens businesses, agriculture, small communities, grazing, forestry, mining and many other uses on private and Federal land. It will affect many kinds of manufacturing companies and businesses.
—–Congress is considering expanding the jurisdiction of the Clean Water Act of 1972 to include all waters of the United States and all “activities affecting these waters.” not limit it to “navigable waters” as is currently the law under two Supreme Court Decisions, the Rapanos and SWANCC Supreme Court Decisions of 2006 and 2001.
—–An example is that the Federal bureaucracies will gain control over all the watersheds in the United States. That includes dry land inside or adjacent to watersheds. That means everything. Because all land is in a watershed.
—–HR 2421 is the biggest threat to private property since CARA and
actually affects far more land and people. Chairman James Oberstar (D-MN) and others are trying to overthrow the Supreme Court decisions.

Please! Go to this site and read what the Water Restoration Act is REALLY about. This is tied directly to NAFTA, CAFTA and the intent to turn water into a globally traded commodity rather than a human right.
CAFTA provisions cannot be fully implemented with regards to the privatization of all water from any source unless the Federal government can claim authority and control over all water systems. The intent of this water confiscation act is to enable the governemnt to sell off our water supplies, and our rights to them to multi national corporations. IF this act is passed, privatization will begin immediately.
OF course it will be preceded by national news reporting saying that our water infrastructure is failing and there are no funds to repair it followed by reports of the cost saving benefits of privatizing this human necessity….the truth is that water will become unaffordable.

What was begun and partially implemented under the Republicans is now being finished by the Democrats. If the majority of us have not understood by now that there is only one party in the District of Criminals, and that both factions of this party of controlling elites is dedicated to ending our sovereignty and thoroughly trashing our Constitution to meet that end, there is no hope for us.
