We are already there!  any time a bill is entitled “an ACT” it is a clear signal that what congress is about to do will violate individual rights by FORCE! the ACT will violate your protections under the Constitution and will be enforced by law enforcement and agency personnel who are more than willing to participate in violating your rights.  These are Americans turning on other Americans for reasons I will never understand.

 

WikiLeaks Tweets Army Manual Detailing How US Weaponized Banking Cartel to Take Down Nations

 

(MPN) — In a leaked military manual on “unconventional warfare” recently highlighted by WikiLeaks, the U.S. Army states that major global financial institutions — such as the World Bank, International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) — are used as unconventional, financial “weapons in times of conflict up to and including large-scale general war,” as well as in leveraging “the policies and cooperation of state governments.”

The document, officially titled “Field Manual (FM) 3-05.130, Army Special Operations Forces Unconventional Warfare” and originally written in September 2008, was recently highlighted by WikiLeaks on Twitter in light of recent events in Venezuela as well as the years-long, U.S.-led economic siege of that country through sanctions and other means of economic warfare. Though the document has generated new interest in recent days, it had originally been released by WikiLeaks in December 2008 and has been described as the military’s “regime change handbook.”

WikiLeaks’ recent tweets on the subject drew attention to a single section of the 248-page-long document, titled “Financial Instrument of U.S. National Power and Unconventional Warfare.” This section in particular notes that the U.S. government applies “unilateral and indirect financial power through persuasive influence to international and domestic financial institutions regarding availability and terms of loans, grants, or other financial assistance to foreign state and nonstate actors,” and specifically names the World Bank, IMF and The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), as well as the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), as “U.S. diplomatic-financial venues to accomplish” such goals.

An essentially pointless video of a white Catholic teen wearing a MAGA hat staring at a Native American veteran—who approached him—was at the forefront of every major news outlet this week. The video did not show a crime or government corruption, yet it was able to draw a line through this country on a massive scale. The video is being used by both sides of the political spectrum to paint the other side as monsters. Regardless of which “side” you take, however, the society as a whole will still lose.

The video only affected two people, Nick Sandmann and Nathan Phillip, yet the entire country—quite literally at the direction of mainstream media—allowed it to affect them. The media is getting so good a cutting the country in half on random issues that there is actually a term for it. Videos and instances like this are called a “scissor.”

As Ross Douthat recently pointed out, in a short story published last October, “Sort by Controversial,” Scott Alexander imagines a Silicon Valley company that accidentally comes up with an algorithm to generate what it calls a “Scissor.” The scissor is a statement, an idea or a scenario that’s somehow perfectly calibrated to tear people apart — not just by generating disagreement, but by generating total incredulity that somebody could possibly disagree with your interpretation of the controversy, followed by escalating fury and paranoia and polarization, until the debate seems like a completely existential, win-or-perish fight.

This win or perish fight has become the go to reaction for nearly every news story. Instead of critical thought on news articles, people simply build their defenses and prepare for war—actual truth be damned.

“OMG, the MAGA hat is literally a swastika! It represents everything wrong with society!” Or, “those stupid libtards are trying to ruin this country by preventing Trump from building that wall!” Meanwhile, both sides are missing the point. Their ridiculous infighting is keeping them distracted from actual issues that affect their lives.

Building a wall between borders may or may not be an important undertaking depending upon the location of the countries that are next to each other and whether the people living on both sides of the border can coexist peacefully.  But when drugs, gangs, unrest, murder, sex trafficking, guns and explosives exist there is a huge problem. Also there may be a treasonous element or a political agenda connected to the desired concept of an open border.  Furthermore, there may be an advantage to certain political parties with regard to the election process to where certain undesirable groups of immigrants or refugee settlements will be more apt to vote for a candidate which suits their own needs such as housing, a welfare paycheck and an EBT card.  

 There never was a wall needed between the United States and Canada and this is an example of how two countries that are nearly on the same page can peacefully coexist.  But that doesn’t always happen when two cultures collide when serious circumstances prevent a smooth multicultural transition and blending.

 However, a good many persons from various nations that are crossing the northern U.S./Mexico border are not interested in coexisting, while seeking to keep their native language, nor do they seek to assimilate to the degree of being part of various aspects of the American culture.  Some may enter into the workforce while others contribute nothing to society, all the while, many are freeloading and collecting handouts at the expense of the taxpayers which are already buried in debt, high taxes, fees, and fines.  To make matters worse, trillions in deficits will need to be paid by our grandchildren and great grandchildren.  There is a word for this.  It is called being ripped off!

Federal regulators approved a plan by biotechnology company, VaxGen to test its experimental anthrax vaccine on about 100 people.

The human volunteers were injected with the experimental vaccine to see if it’s safe and produces the desired immune response.

VaxGen was awarded a $13.6 million federal contract to begin work on the anthrax vaccine. The company is applied for two more anthrax vaccine contracts. The contracts were awarded for advanced testing and manufacturing of 25 million doses.

In the last few years, a number of published studies have linked anthrax vaccination to the development of Gulf War Syndrome, among them a study in the British medical journal the Lancet. Hundreds of soldiers have refused the shots after evidence emerged that the vaccinations are connected to a variety of illnesses.

But then the Bush administration went on the offensive. The Pentagon funded an Institute of Medicine study which concluded in March 2002 the anthrax vaccine is safe and effective against all anthrax strains and routes of infection. Its conclusions were based on unpublished research–also funded by the Pentagon.

The story doesn’t stop there. Bioport, the nation’s sole, licensed anthrax vaccine lab has repeatedly failed FDA inspections which found among other things, contamination.

I’d rather have caught a bullet from an AK 47 than gotten injected with this stuff. At least I would have known what my fate would have been.

The FDA cleared BioPort’s manufacturing plant to begin producing the vaccine again in January 2002–months after the letters containing anthrax were sent to Congress and news organizations. Bioport was also allowed to distribute the 500,000 doses of the vaccine already in stock. The vaccine was offered to some postal workers and others who were exposed. But most refused to take it.

Just  sayin’.

If we don’t need them….what are they doing on our payroll?

Also bear in mind that we have the better part of a million “non-essential” employees on our payroll at the same time that those responsible for this situation are poor-mouthing about their “National Debt”?

Well, if they have an insurmountable National Debt and 800,000 employees we don’t really need, the answer to the problem seems obvious enough to me as an Employer.

First, make the Pink Slips permanent.

Second, deport the two million or so Bar Attorneys, confiscate their ill-gotten assets, give their homes and retirement accounts to the 800,000 unemployed federal workers, use the rest of the gross largess to pay down the “National Debt” and everyone (except the Bar Attorneys) will go home happy.

Very happy.

Talking about humanitarian crisis and borders and forced immigration — what will the Lord Mayor and the Queen do with two million or so unemployed British Merchant Marine Shipping Clerks when they all come home to roost?

You think Europe has trouble with Muslims? And we have trouble with Mexicans and Hondurans? Just think about two million angry disinherited lawyers hitting the streets and unemployment lines in London?

The media has never asked for the release of the multiple videos that recorded whatever struck the Pentagon. The media has never investigated whether cell phones worked in 2001 from the altitudes at which the official story claims calls were made.

Instead two-bit punk presstitutes, such as the BBC’s Chris Bell and the Huffington Post’s Jess Brammer and Chris York, label experts with knowledge and integrity “conspiracy theorists.” These presstitutes knowingly use a cover-up term that the CIA put into use via its media assets to discredit the expert skeptics of the Warren Commission Report on the assassination of President Kennedy.

The fact that the carefully presented evidence is NEVER ENGAGED EXCEPT WITH NAME-CALLING is a strong indication that the evidence is true and cannot be refuted.

While a few, relatively uneventful months in the online news sphere have come and gone since Fly made this ominous warning, it appears that the neoconservatives and other standard bearers of the military-industrial complex and the U.S. oligarchy are now poised to let loose their latest digital offensive against independent media outlets that seek to expose wrongdoing in both the private and public sectors.

As MintPress News Editor-in-Chief Mnar Muhawesh recently wrote, MintPress was informed that it was under review by an organization called Newsguard Technologies, which described itself to MintPress as simply a “news rating agency” and asked Muhawesh to comment on a series of allegations, several of which were blatantly untrue. However, further examination of this organization reveals that it is funded by and deeply connected to the U.S. government, neo-conservatives, and powerful monied interests, all of whom have been working overtime since the 2016 election to silence dissent to American forever-wars and corporate-led oligarchy.

More troubling still, Newsguard — by virtue of its deep connections to government and Silicon Valley — is lobbying to have its rankings of news sites installed by default on computers in U.S. public libraries, schools, and universities as well as on all smartphones and computers sold in the United States.

In other words, as Newsguard’s project advances, it will soon become almost impossible to avoid this neocon-approved news site’s ranking systems on any technological device sold in the United States. Worse still, if its efforts to quash dissenting voices in the U.S. are successful, Newsguard promises that its next move will be to take its system global.

Missing in Southfield, Michigan: Gretchen Hammond…journalist documenting probate abuses

“I am posting on behalf of Gretchen Rachel Hammond family who are very worried about her. They have not heard from her for nearly a week and she did not come home for Christmas. They have reached out to her friends in Chicago and the folks she was working with in Detroit and they do not know where she is. Her cell phone goes to voicemail. The last time she reached out to them, she said she was heading to the library in Southfield Michigan. That was on December 20. Please reach out to me if you have any information.”

My source at the Probate Court reached out to me yesterday to let me know that I am now in considerable danger. They did not specify what “danger” entails: an attempt to discredit me before the story is published, the use of the Oakland County Sheriffs to concoct a reason to throw me behind bars (a tactic already used on a rather outspoken activist) or something quite worse. A physical attack was not ruled out. The point is, they have had quite enough of me and, if this were any other time, one might easily laugh it off.

My team is safe. I have managed to keep them completely anonymous. My research, that includes court documents, accounts, interviews and all relevant data, is also in trusted hands on both coasts via continually updated and mailed flash drives and I’m building alliances across the country on a daily basis.

“These are extremely powerful people,” I was told. “You have become radioactive to them so you need to do something about your security. There is a lot at stake here for a lot of people so make sure you take precautions.”

Besides war and all of the insane massacres that have taken place through the ages, which also included roughly 45 million Chinese murdered in graveside trenches during Mao’s revolution, (i.e. I have seen the films), there is today, a comprehensive plan presently being ushered in by those elite’s who are connected to the New World Order, whereby the “Republic” of the United States of America is near to a mandate that will tag every person in America with an RFID chip, either into one’s driver’s license, or an ID Card, their passport or possibly other documents that may be in one’s possession for the purpose of financial transactions and surveillance. And to add to this, there will be the government’s crowning achievement to implant the chip on the right hand or the forehead of the person. As many know already, this prophetic agenda which is meant to become a worldwide phenomenon is meant to track every human being on the face of the planet like an animal. This system of massive surveillance is fully unconstitutional and clearly infringes upon the Fourth Amendment which protects the rights of all Americans;. Key government personnel will be first in line to receive the chip and also prisoners. and welfare recipients. However, the the Fourth Amendment below was written to offer across the board protection with regard to intrusion. ,

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

With that said, does not the RFID chip intrude into a person’s privacy, digitally, by revealing their personal whereabouts, their property and papers while, at the same time, it is an unreasonable search and a seizure without probable cause and without a warrant being signed by a judge.

Furthermore, the people are being deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process within the mandate of a chip inside of a plastic smart card, a cellphone, a document, or finally embedded within one’s own flesh. This is clearly noted above in the Fifth Amendment and is likened to a type of draconian infringement of a person’s privacy, their life, their happiness and their liberty!

Adding to the nightmare, if there is one person who knows the score on the up and coming tyranny of the state, it is Dr. Carl Sanders, an engineer who designed the RFID chip, (250,000 components with a charging circuit built into it and synchronized to a humans temperature change). He has been to 17 NWO meetings throughout the world and he is now warning the world about the dastardly use of RFID which is starting to be used by numerous governments with their rogue and sinister intentions of human control. He headed up a video event in Sacramento, CA. and urges all the people not to accept or take the chip in any form as it is now and will be in the future the most damaging and damning evil agenda that has yet existed and meant to identify and herd the masses into complete submission.

 

This present example is what the Marxist- X-Man leader of China is now implementing while also increasing the totalitarian-secular state to where there is, over the top control along with indoctrination and a surveillance system that is meant to track and also record everything a person says and does. And for those who do not comply to the wishes of the monster state policies, there are major consequences which is jail or the loss of state services and basic freedoms of travel that are generally available in most countries.

What if America and the rest of the free world follows the dragon? Yes, what if. A number of recent developments have seemed to favor progress for those of us who deplore globalism and its strengthening rule by obscured and now unsheathed lightning bolt from a largely hidden elite with a generally ruinous agenda, and champion instead universal human freedom, benefit, and self-determination.

William Barr called False Claims Act an “abomination”

December 11, 2018. Washington, DC.  In a public transcript given as part of the Presidential Oral History of the George H.W. Bush Presidency, President Trump’s nominee for Attorney General, William Barr, ferociously attacked America’s most successful whistleblower law, the False Claims Act.  Barr stated, on the record, that he “wanted to attack” the False Claims Act, and specifically called the law’s highly successful qui tam whistleblower provision “an abomination.” In a transcript of his April 5, 2001 interview with the Bush presidency’s oral history project, the content of which Barr personally approved, Barr stated:

“Yes, there were significant disagreements sometimes between the SG’s [Solicitor General] office and my office on a position. One of the big ones was the qui tam statute, which is basically a bounty hunter statute that lets private citizens sue in the name of the United States and get a bounty. I felt then, and feel now, that is an abomination and a violation of the appointments clause under the due powers of the President as well as the standing issue of the Supreme Court. So I wanted to attack the qui tam statute, and the SG’s office wanted to defend it. That was a big dispute.”

Upon learning this information, Stephen M. Kohn, Executive Director of the National Whistleblower Center, released the following statement:

“Mr. Barr’s comments demonstrate a deep rooted contempt for whistleblowers.  His radical anti-whistleblower statements are disqualifying for any nominee for the position of U.S. Attorney General.

One of the oldest and biggest pharmaceutical companies on the planet is New Jersey-based Merck & Company (known outside the US as MSD – short for Merck, Sharp & Dohme). Merck was once a German company (now international, with its head offices in the US) that is, technically speaking, 350 years old this year. Merck & Co was born when Friedrich Jacob Merck bought a small apothecary shop in Darmstadt, Germany in 1668. Friedrich’s shop sold the usual items of his era, including tobacco, wine, spices, herbal “remedies” and any other products that his customers regarded as potentially healing agents. Apothecaries were the precursors of modern-day pharmacies. The owners frequently dispensed medical advice, although they were not licensed physicians.

Among the first products that Merck manufactured and marketed were the highly-addictive substances cocaine and the two early natural opioids, morphine and codeine. Interestingly, Viennese psychiatrist Sigmoid Freud had a Merck connection in that he helped promote their cocaine drug when Sigmund discovered that the drug was a powerful “anti-depressant” (or at least it made him “euphoric” or capable of causing a predictable drug-induced mania). Freud’s support lasted only until the day he realized how addictive Merck’s cocaine turned out to be.

This is NOT a benefit. It is OUR money , paid out of our earned income! Not only did we all contribute to Social Security but our employers did too ! It totaled 15% of our income before taxes.(This should be enough for you to forward this message, If not read on.)

If you averaged $30K per year over your working life, that’s close to $180,000 invested in Social Security.
If you calculate the future value of your monthly investment in social security ($375/month, including both you and your employers contributions) at a meager 1% interest rate compounded monthly, after 40 years of working you’d have more than $1.3+ million dollars saved.

This is your personal investment. Upon retirement, if you took out only 3% per year, you’d receive $39,318 per year, or $3,277 per month.

That’s almost three times more than today’s average Social Security benefit of $1,230 per month, according to the Social Security Administration. (Google it – it’s a fact). And your retirement fund would last more than 33 years (until you’re 98 if you retire at age 65)! I can only imagine how much better most average-income people could live in retirement if our government had just invested our money in low-risk interest-earning accounts.
Instead, the folks in Washington pulled off a bigger Ponzi scheme than Bernie Madoff ever did (or Lyndon Johnson).

They took our money and used it elsewhere. They “forgot”(oh yes, they knew) that it was OUR money they were taking. They didn’t have a referendum to ask us if we wanted to lend the money to them … and they didn’t pay interest on the debt they assumed. And recently they’ve told us that the money won’t support us for very much longer. (Isn’t it funny that they NEVER say this about welfare payments?)
But is it our fault they misused our investments? And now, to add insult to injury, they’re calling it a benefit, as if we never worked to earn every penny of it. This is stealing!

Just because they borrowed the money, doesn’t mean that our investments were for charity!
Let’s take a stand. We have earned our right to Social Security and Medicare. Demand that our legislators bring some sense into our government.
Find a way to keep Social Security and Medicare going for the sake of the 92% of our population who need it.

California Gov. Signs Bill Forcing Residents To Pay Wildfire Litigation Damages

California officials have now confirmed that 59 people have died as a result of the devastating Southern California Woosley fire. Officials say the Northern California Camp Fire has now destroyed at least 9,000 homes and forced 52,000 residents to evacuate.

As bad as this is, for Californians, things are going to get worse following a deceptive move by its governor, Jerry Brown.

Yesterday, I wrote up an article on potential cause of the Woosely fire, which California denies. Wildfire blame in California can mean billions in litigation. The state doesn’t want to get it wrong, or misplace blame, or even, honestly apply blame. It’s a mess.

What is it those in this, supposedly spontaneous, caravan think it is that they are going to find here? Peace? Security? Prosperity? We don’t have any! We are either unable or unwilling to take care of our own people….what is it you think we are going to do for you? Homelessness here in the US is reaching critical mass. Violence perpetrated by law enforcement is epidemic. Our children are taken by CPS and used for profit, and they will do the same to yours. Our elderly are being robbed by probate tribunal actors, and then euthanized in hospice or in hospitals once all their property has been transferred to their new owners. And those of us caught in the middle can barely make ends meet. What is it you believe you are going to find here that you weren’t already dealing with in the country you are leaving behind? Drugs? We have pharmaceuticals for that that are far more lethal than any street drugs and doctors more than willing to get you addicted. Violence? You can get shot to death by police here for having a broken tail light. We can’t board a plane without specially marked ID’s or a passport.

But the bigger question looms: What made all of you in the caravan think or believe you had the right to storm the US demanding entry, even if by illegal means?

Forestry Service Misconduct and Retaliation information

House Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Trey Gowdy has asked the Department of Agriculture for extensive documents related to sexual harassment and misconduct at the Forest Service, citing persistent reports of such conduct and retaliation against employees who report it.

In an Oct. 22 letter to Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue and Forest Service Chief Vicki Christiansen, Gowdy (R-S.C.) requested all communications regarding anti-harassment policies sent or received by top officials overseeing the Forest Service and all regional foresters since Dec. 2, 2016.

He also asked for information including the number of employees disciplined or terminated in relation to anti-harassment policies since that date, as well as an accounting of penalties imposed. And he asked for all personnel actions associated with employees who filed complaints or reported sexual misconduct or harassment since Jan. 1, 2016.

Gowdy asked the department to comply by Nov. 5. As of this morning, the committee hadn’t received a response, a spokeswoman said.

His letter comes on the heels of several Forest Service initiatives to combat a history of sexual misconduct and harassment in the agency, particularly in firefighting crews. Christiansen took over earlier this year after Tony Tooke resigned as Forest Service chief, following backlash over his own past conduct — a relationship he had a decade earlier with a lower-ranking Forest Service employee when he was a regional forester.

Addressing sexual misconduct is a top priority, USDA Undersecretary for Natural Resources and Environment James Hubbard has said. He oversees the Forest Service (E&E Daily, July 25).

THE SEQUEL TO JUST SAY NO TO MIDTERM ELECTION VIOLENCE

As an after thought to my previous article just posted on PPj I found it very necessary to add this next portion  into the mix. Sadly, in these chaotic times, certain government players and mainstream media outlets will use violent events to further a political agenda such as gun control.  So when an event becomes violent and uncontrollable and people are shot, look for the mainstream media to once again trumpet the call for gun control which
is the major goal of certain politico elite’s.  Why do I say this with no reservation?  It is no secret that for America to be disarmed, that this would be the icing on the cake for the New World Order.  This agenda has already taken over Europe and the banner has now been raised up by the tyrannical European Union where not one person that is part of the collection of those countries have a right to vote  for any of the policies that come out of the NWO and the great late state of Brussels, Belgium.

     As a footnote, there are only three countries in the world that protect the right to bear arms in their constitutions.  The U.S., Mexico, and Guatemala.  However, there is a lot of red tape in Mexico and Guatemala to obtain a gun.  So as one can see, there is a huge push to keep the world disarmed to the point that it would be unlikely that the people of any country that had already been disarmed would never be able to remove a dictator or a tyrannical oligarchy from power.  The guns of those governments would rule by suppressing any uprisings that would come from an oppressed or discontented people. When governments have the consent of the people to rule, the people are more likely to have freedom and justice.  Yet, when there is no consent and there is disarmament, the government will rule with force.

History is full of these instances and the answer my friend is blowin’ in the wind…Germany, China and Russia are examples. Should not America and the world take note of these previous atrocities while teachers need to relate these truths  in their classrooms.  By all means it is necessary because the time is now for the people to wake up to what is approaching.  Very recently, on July 22, 2015 the UN called for RFID Chips and Biometrics Tracking of Guns and Ammo but that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

A Badge of Shame: The Government’s War on America’s Military Veterans

Despite the fact that the U.S. boasts more than 20 million veterans who have served in World War II through the present day, the plight of veterans today is America’s badge of shame, with large numbers of veterans impoverished, unemployed, traumatized mentally and physically, struggling with depression, suicide, and marital stress, homeless, subjected to sub-par treatment at clinics and hospitals, and left to molder while their paperwork piles up within Veterans Administration offices. What to Do about a Caravan of Rag-tag Migrants

Where is the supply caravan? People are not carrying heavy back packs full of provisions. It is said that an army marches on its stomach. What about these people?

No sanitary facilities are visible. What does the trail look like after the crowd has passed?

The narrative appears to be that thousands of oppressed peoples spontaneously decided, all at once, to flee a murderous, corrupt government in Central America, and walk to the U.S., in time for election day, to plead for asylum and begin to work hard for a better life in the U.S. (Take note: it is a “caravan” not an “army.”)

We see photos of a mass of walking people, including women, some carrying babies. There are photos of a resting crowd, some tending to infants.

Some are waving flags of the purportedly evil regimes they are fleeing—such as Honduras. Some are receiving cash from men in white T-shirts. Some are reportedly receiving gifts of sandals or food from charitable Mexicans.

But there are some questions that surely have occurred to the Trump Administration, and even to the mainstream media.
