As a cause working to expose abuse and injustice perpetrated against Americans by judges, it is not often that we come across regular citizens willing to “go public” regarding judicial misconduct allegations against the Family Court judge in their case. The risks of reprisals by the judge in the form of oppressive and unjust court rulings, reduced child visitation rights, costly monetary judgments, excessive reimbursement of attorney fees, and sometimes even vindictive incarcerations are enormous. But we came across one such citizen willing to risk it all for the sake of true justice for the self-represented. His name is Edward J. Dort and he needs your help.
Below is the link to a Petition that we are distributing to all friends and supporters. It gives a brief story of what Mr. Dort is suffering at the hands of two judges in Fulton County, Georgia. Moreover, the Petition seeks remedies favorable to ALL SELF-LITIGANTS. We respectfully ask that you sign it and forward it to all of your contacts as quickly and as effectively as possible. Let’s show Mr. Dort that the justice-fighting public does care about these issues and the sacrifices he has tearfully made.
MORE IMPORTANTLY ….. Mr. Dort has a hearing coming up on January 31st before one of the judges that he has publicly exposed for her judicial bias and abuse. He stands to take a LOT of heat for going public. In fact, despite losing a fortune to unfair monetary judgments and having not seen his alienated daughter in more than two years, the ANGRY judge in the last hearing threatened Mr. Dort with a JAIL CELL!! How the next hearing goes is up to us because the more public support we can give Mr. Dort, the greater the fairness he will receive. PLEASE help by signing the Petition and passing it on TODAY.

ppjg – We are the Government! You are the Government! We/You allow this nonsense to go on. You retired, hooray. Now get off your tail and go make a difference with all of this fire you have. And by the way, I do not disagree with what you are saying about the stealth incrementalism into our laws of ridiculous treaties the United States has not formally signed onto.
Look, I started at the local level of our Municipality by working to get a friend elected. I also worked on a friends campaign to get him elected to the State House. Next step is to get someone into the State Senate, after that get someone elected to Congress. We are introducing bills to get the ridiculous codes, ordininances, statutes, taxes, whatever you want to call them, repealed and done away with. One bill we are working on is repeal of the State Marriage License, which is nothing more than a tax on marriage and a contract that provides the State with an open invitation to intrude into our lives.
If the people of this great country would take the time to get involved and actively participate in their Government, be it local or State, we would not have the mess we have now.

And when did the government start abiding by its own code & title? The rights of the Child, has been agreed to even if only by adherence to the provision of the RoC. Look at this particular issue…….you see RoC at work. There are many UN treatys and decrees that we have not formally signed onto. Doens’t mean they aren’t enacting them anyway. This is done, as in this case, through the courts, government agencies and rules and regulations. Many of our laws contain parts and pieces of these things and the intent is to implement through incrementalism…….so that by the time you figure out has happened the deed is done.
You can argue whether this is an adhesion contract or not on the birth certificate issue……makes no difference. Once you have registered that certificate with the foreign corporation (IMF) and accepted the number they assign that certificate (SS), you have agreed to contract with them. The SS number now assigned to newborns comes from the IMF….not the US treasury (which doesn’t exist) and not from the SS agency.
My own birth certificate has never been certified by IMF> It is the original issued by the county of the state where I was born and bears the seal of that state. I was told that upon retirement I would have to get the certificate certified. I refused. I was told that when that time comes, I would not be able to collect my SS until I did register with IMF. I immediately sent a demand for return, plus interest, of all the funds that I had paid into SS and stated clearly that I had no intention of entering contract with a foreign corporation. then I demanded they produce the law which said I had to.
What they produced was agency created rules, regulations etc.. I formally rejected these and again demanded the law and extended that to not only the law but the constitutional authority under which it was passed. I recieved nothing in return other than a statement that they had received my letter.
I retired two months ago. Six months prior to that date, I applied for my SS which began without problem on the specified date. Calen

Though this is WIDELY believed it is NOT TRUE. The book shows men how to own their children even if using a birth cert. The book shows you how to interact with the public system while being protected and harmless to statutes.
The system is based on deceit. The book shows you how to recognise the deceit and how to deal with it.
I can do no more than write the book and publish it. If men want me to work on their cases they need to pay me just like they pay the plumber.

Gents,
I created the remedy. It took me 3,500 hours, 4 years and cost me USD500,000. You can read the book and do it yourself for free or you can hire a colleague of mine to do it for you for USD150 per person. It is about 10 hours work per person so USD150 is all but free. No. it is NOT me who gets that USD150. I dont need it. But men should be compensated for their time. Like I said. You can do it yourself for free or pay an expert to do it. Just like tune your car, fix your plumbing or electricity.

Xmen – I am no attorney but if the State was never a party to your interests to begin with through a contract then how have they enjoined themselves to your dispute with the Mother of your children and positioned themselves as the significant party to where they could render judgement? Good question for your attorney. Most likely the Judge, or “State”, should be doing nothing more than mediating and confirming the legal validity of the agreement that you and the Mother of your children have agreed upon with the assistance of your attorneys.
ppjg – The Birth Certificate is not an adhesion contract because it does not mention anything about an agreement to do or not do a certain thing and it does not contain any of the essential elements of a contract to even be construed as such under the law. Agenda 21 has to do with Municipal Code Title 21 and eroding your property rights. UN Rights of the Child Treaty is a different subject and yes if ratified by the United States, which it has not been, would severly erode parental rights.

Marriage licenses, birth certificates, “drivers” licenses etc. are contracts between the state and the fiction. Yes, the birth certificate creates the fiction but keep in mind you are not the fiction. Any contract entered into without full disclosure is no contract at all! The corporate state can not deal with you as a flesh and blood human, it can only deal with the “person,” that is, the fiction.
Sadly, the “government” (all governments in this country are now corporations) has taken to ignoring its own “statutes” (corporate policy) and is enforcing its will on whomever it pleases. This state of affairs has existed before-time and time again- and the inevitable outcome is always the same-revolution-violent or otherwise. “Those who make peaceful revolution impossible make violent revolution inevitable.” JFK
Those of you having trouble with the family courts, which were originally eugenics courts, would be doing yourselves a favor by watching the Dean Clifford videos to learn strategies for dealing with them and hope the local “judges” are not completely evil.

The issue is not whther you were married by state decree…….it was the registration of your childrens birth certificates with the IMF…whcih you are not actually required to do but most people think they have to.
Once done, you have basically transferred control of your children to the “state”. Our government and all its agencies have adopted the “rights of the child” out of the UN. This is part of UN Agenda 21. It states that chidlren should be seperated from their parents for the good of the child. The state should take control to prevent the parents from infecting their children with mental illness. Its a real sick document written by really sick individuals.

Interesting E! Let me ask you a question….. I was never legally married (no state license) and lived with my spouse for 15 years and had two children. She was never addressed as my wife in public and no documents link her to me(bills, insurance, etc….) We did not satisfy the state requirement for common law marriage because we were not together prior to a certain date to be considered common law.
The only thing I did was legitimize my children as to have rights to see them and this has gone crazy because I do not see them because of severe alienation.
Does the state have the right to tell me what to do being there was no license?

A State issued Marriage License is the real problem that parents face of their own making. A State issued marriage license is a contract between three parties – the husband, the wife, and the State – the State being the superior party of interest. This commonly accepted method of marriage where a government marriage license is acquired is a “statutory marriage” because it is the system of “statutory law” that this type of marriage utilizes. In this arrangement, if the husband and wife so choose to divorce they must do so through a court that is enforcing that State’s Family Law Code. This is because once the State was involved in the contract as the superior party of interest the husband and wife are bound legally to obey the State in matters that are controlled by the State’s Family Code. This would include following the orders of the court as it concerns the children that were produced out of the “statutory marriage” to which the State is the superior party of interest.
The holding from the decision of the United States Supreme Court in Meister v. Moore, 96 US 76 (1877) states: “As before remarked, the statutes held merely directory; because marriage is a thing of common right…” A Parental Rights Amendment has been proposed by folks as something that should be taken to Capitol Hill and that is not what is needed in this country. What is needed is for the American Public to become educated to the common rights they already possess and the fact that they are giving up those rights of their own volition. The American Public has the right to NOT obtain a State’s Marriage License and to have their marriage (Presided over by a Pastor and two witnesses must be present) recognized as a lawful union under God. Just because a state does not recognize a marriage does not mean it is not lawful. States recognize contracts. Without a State’s Marriage License there would be no contract with the State and therefore the State would not be the superior party of interest and would hold no jurisdiction as it concerns the welfare of the children that were born out of the marriage between the husband and wife under God. A State Court has no authority to affect a fundamental right that existed prior to the formation of the State. Meister has never been reversed and is to this day still controlling case law as it concerns the fundamental right to marry without State interference.
It is amazing to me as to how much our great country has lost through its’ own fear and ignorance.

The most modern society the world has ever know and it is populated with Twinkie eating toe nail biting morons. The problem goes well beyond family court or menopausal family court judges, the sickness comes from all of your addiction to television and penchant to believe everything it tells you so you don’t feel the need to pry your fat lazies off the couch and now its to late. They leave the kids with the mother, because mothers will let the kids do what they want. Kids need mothers to nurse and up till the start school after that they should be with their fathers. Step-fathers will molest their step-daughetrs and they will mistreat the little boys. This is done on purpose. Don’t let your ex have the kids, because you think that’s the way it’s suppose to be. If she drinks or uses drugs or screws around get the kids. My ex married an alcoholic and her family didn’t care.

You have to take the battle to the judges and make them do their jobs. Most judges are overwhelmed with cases and just do not care that relationships are ruined. They want a quick resolution regardless if the male spouse suffers or not.
If it happend to them…… you bet they would fight it till the very end.

Oh, please. I was fighting this fight 35 years ago for 12 long years with no support, no help, no positive result. This is nothing new. It’s old news. This injustice of American men has been going on for the past 50 + years. American men do not receive equal protection under the law. I AM EXPERIENCING SEVER ALIENATION WITH MY CHILDREN AT THE HANDS O F MY EX AND NOT ONCE HAVE I BEEN ABLE TO TALK IN COURT IN A YEAR AND A HALF.
