LibertyNews: If you do not know what I am referring to when I say that world leaders come to meet once a year at the Bohemian Grove in California, then read on.

INTRODUCTION:

Bohemian Grove is a 2,700-acre (1,100 ha) campground located at 20601 Bohemian Avenue, in Monte Rio, California, belonging to a private San Francisco-based men’s art club known as the Bohemian Club. In mid-July each year, Bohemian Grove hosts a three-week encampment of some of the most powerful men in the world.

The Bohemian Club’s all-male membership includes artists, particularly musicians, as well as many prominent business leaders, government officials (including many former U.S. presidents), senior media executives, and people of power. Members may invite guests to the Grove although those guests are subject to a screening procedure. A guest’s first glimpse of the Grove is typically during the “Spring Jinks”, in June, preceding the main July encampment. Bohemian club members can schedule private day-use events at the Grove any time it is not being used for Club-wide purposes, and are allowed at these times to bring spouses, family and friends, though female and minor guests must be off the property by 9 or 10 p.m.

Sara, Gary’s wife, started complaining about the quality of care – or lack thereof.

My Guest this week is Anisha Dunne, the Minnesota State Coordinator for the Articles of Freedom. The Articles of Freedom are the works of a gathering of citizens who came together at a Continental Congress that was held in November of 2009 in Illinois with the help of the ‘We the People Foundation.’ The WTPF spent the last 14 years petitioning our government for redress of grievances of 14 different violations of the Constitution under the First Amendment Rights and were met continuously with contempt and injury by our federal government. The U.S. Supreme Court would not even allow the evidence to be brought forward for the record and WTPF were told they had ‘no standing’ in these cases. I believe all of us at one time or another have either worked for someone or have known someone who suffered from what is commonly called the “Empty Suit Syndrome” or ESS. Back in 2005, there was an immigration overpopulation conference held in Washington, DC, filled to capacity with many of America’s finest minds and leaders. A brilliant college professor by the name of Victor Davis Hansen talked about his book, ‘Mexifornia,’ explaining how immigration – both legal and
illegal was destroying the entire state of California. He said it would march across the country until it destroyed all vestiges of The American Dream.

The next person to speak was former Colorado Governor Richard D. Lamm who gave a stunning speech on how to destroy America. The audience would sit spellbound during this speech as former Governor Lamm described eight methods for the destruction of the United States . He began:

SHAME ON THE AMERICAN PRESS

What is the true meaning of COURAGE. It’s a shame the American Press doesn’t know what it is. Well, here’s an example of what true courage is.

You’re a 19 year old kid in the US Army during the VietNam War. You’re critically wounded and dying in the jungle somewhere in the Central Highlands of Viet Nam.

It ‘s November 11, 1967. LZ (landing zone) X-ray.

Your unit is outnumbered 8 to 1 and the enemy fire is so intense, from 100 yards away, that your CO (commanding officer) has ordered the MedEvac helicopters to stop coming in.

You’re lying there, listening to the enemy machine guns and you know you’re not getting out. Your family is half way around the world, 12,000 miles away, and you’ll never see them again.

As the world starts to fade in and out, you know this is the day.

Then – over the machine gun noise – you faintly hear that sound of a helicopter.

You look up to see a Huey coming in. But … It doesn’t seem real because no MedEvac markings are on it.

Captain Ed Freeman is coming in for you.

He’s not MedEvac so it’s not his job, but he heard the radio call and decided he’s flying his Huey down into the machine gun fire anyway.

Even after the MedEvacs were ordered not to come. He’s coming anyway.
And he drops it in and sits there in the machine gun fire, as they load 3 of you at a time on board.

Then he flies you up and out through the gunfire to the doctors and nurses and safety.

And, he kept coming back !! 13 more times!! Until all the wounded were out. No one knew until the mission was over that the Captain had been hit 4 times in the legs and left arm.

He took 29 of you and your buddies out that day. Some would not have made it without the Captain and his Huey.

Medal of Honor Recipient, Captain Ed Freeman , United States Air Force, died last Wednesday at the age of 70, in Boise, Idaho . May God Bless and Rest His Soul.

I bet you didn’t hear about this hero’s passing on your local or national media, because the press was more concerned with the fake courage of Tom Hanks, the sexcapades of Tiger Woods and Jesse James, and who was still left on “Survivor.”

Shame on the American media !!!

AFTER NATIONALIZATION OF HEALTH CARE, AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS IS NEXT!

Liberty News:  If the “Gang of Three” (Obama, Pelosi and Reid) get their way and the unconstitutional Health Care bill is somehow rammed through the congress and signed by the imposter President, against the will of the majority of the American people, full Amnesty for the illegal aliens will be next.

 

If the communist style nationalization of the American Health Care system is completed, the Democratic-Communist Party will next try to steamroller the legislative approval of the remaining parts of their American Communist Manifesto before the elections in November of 2010.

 

Amnesty will be first, followed by Cap and Trade and then they will come after our guns.

President Obama has already approved a tentative plan drawn up by Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY) and Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) that will allow illegal aliens to be put on a path to citizenship, offer green cards to keep high-skilled foreign university graduates in this country and create a temporary program for low-skilled workers, with some of these workers also getting the chance to become citizens. How does this help the American worker?

There was a time when I wouldn’t believe that members of congress would be so out of touch with the American people that they would have to resort to underhanded tactics to thwart the will of the people.

Well, Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, is thinking of doing just that. Representative Louise Slaughter (D-NY) came up with what is now known as the “Slaughter Solution” or “Deem and Pass” that will let the House of Representatives deem the Senate Health Bill as passed in the House without any representative voting on it. Once they use this outrageous procedure, the house leadership can then have additional language inserted into the bill that will satisfy those House Democrats who oppose the bill in its original form.

Meanwhile, in order for Senate Democrats to be able to use the Reconciliation procedure – a procedure that circumvents the 60 votes needed to overcome a filibuster – the House must pass the Senate Bill ‘as is’, with the exact same wording, before changes can be made.

It seems patriot groups are springing up all over the place, each of them hoping to be the catalyst for change and all of them lamenting the loss of freedom and the downward spiral of our sovereign nation into one of a dictatorial police state. 

While the entire country reels from the onslaught of unconstitutional regulations and codes that are contrary to our Constitutional rights and liberties we are none-the-less regularly assaulted both in print and video by those who see these efforts as a threat to what I can only assume is their own perceived benefit from maintaining the status quo.

While I do not agree with all that each of the patriot groups propose or advocate, I do, however, support their right to express their grievances; even if it does irritate the powers that be.  And, the only conclusion I can come to as to why these groups should present such a problem and elicit such a barrage of threatening and flaming commentary is because they are actually citing the problems and fighting back. Let the facts reveal – the Federal Government of the United States of America, which was instituted to protect the rights of individual citizens, instead – threatens our life, liberty and property through usurpations of the Constitution; and emboldened by our own lack of responsibility and due diligence in these matters, has exceeded its mandate, and abandoned those founding principles which have made our nation exceptional;

Our servant government has undertaken these unconstitutional actions in direct violation of their enumerated duties, to the detriment of the People’s liberty and the sovereignty of our Republic;

Over many years and spanning multiple political administrations, the People who have, in good conscience, attempted to deliberate our grievances and voice our dissent against these offensive actions through both petition and assembly, have been maligned and ignored with contempt;

The people of the several States of Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming, justly alarmed at these arbitrary and unconstitutional actions, have elected, constituted and appointed delegates to meet, and sit in general Congress in the city of St. Charles, Illinois.

Whereupon these delegates, as duly elected representatives of the several States, have gathered in defense of divine justice, liberty and the principles of limited government, and we stand in clear recognition of the supreme law of the land – the Constitution of the United States of America.

Therefore, We demand that Government immediately re-establish Constitutional rule of law, lest the People be forced to do so themselves; and we hereby serve notice that in the defense of Freedom and Liberty there shall be NO COMPROMISE to which we shall ever yield. ”

On June 26th, the House of Representatives passed the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 by a vote of 219 to 212. The bill, also known as “Cap and Trade” legislation, should more appropriately be called “Cap and Tax” legislation because the federal government is trying to “CAP” Americans’ Freedoms and then “TAX” the necessities of living like gas, food and even heating oil.This bill, like so many other pieces of major federal legislation in recent years, was rammed through congress by the Democratic leadership without even giving the members the time to read it, let alone understand it, all in violation of their now worthless promise to create a more transparent legislative process. The Democrats added 300 pages of amendments to the legislation at 3:00AM on the day of the vote, giving the members of congress less than 12 hours to read the whole 1,200 page bill. Rep. Joe Barton asked repeatedly during the debate on Friday afternoon if there was even a copy of the bill anywhere in the House chamber and Democratic Rep. Ellen Tauscher, who was sitting in the speaker’s chair, repeatedly avoided the question. No full copy of the legislation was ever produced. What was the rush and why were the American people and their elected representatives denied the ability to read the bill before it was voted on?  How does this help the American people?

Text of Speech by John Wallace – delivered at the Albany Tea Party’s “March on Albany” Rally, at the State Capitol in Albany, New York on June 16, 2009

I want to thank the members of the Albany Tea Party for giving me the opportunity to say a few words at this great gathering for Freedom and Liberty. Our country’s Founders told us that Governments get their just powers from the consent of the governed and whenever the government becomes destructive of these ends, it is not only the people’s Right, but it is their Sacred Duty to change the government, and that includes the dysfunctional New York State Government.

My fellow citizens, although some foreign countries and terrorists groups do indeed pose serious threats to our country and our state, in 2009 the greatest threats to our freedoms and liberties are not coming from them, but rather, they are coming from within our own country; from our federal government and from our New York State government, because they no longer represent us. That is why we have come here today from all parts of the state, from all walks of life and from all political parties and views: TO RECLAIM OUR FREEDOMS AND LIBERTIES.

The America people, including those of us who live here in New York State, are losing our freedoms and liberties because of corrupt politicians, political correctness, a lack of basic common sense by our leaders, as well as the negative influence of special interest groups who are pushing their questionable agendas upon New Yorkers and the rest of the American people from a hundred different directions at once.

In 1863, Abraham Lincoln, described our nation as “a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. I’m afraid that is no longer true. In 2009, we now have federal government and a New York State government of the special interest groups, by the special interests groups, and for the special interest groups.

To those New York State and federal elected officials who may be listening out there today, “We The People” have some demands to present to you today:

We demand FREEDOM FROM CORRUPT ELECTED OFFICIALS who accept millions of dollars in bribes from Special Interest groups every year.
