S 178..Another fluff and buff bill that will NOT protect the elderly from predators

Reading this bill made it abundantly clear that no one is about to upset the apple cart when it comes the continuing exploitation of vulnerable people at the hands of the BAR Association, The National Guardianship Association, The College of Probate Judges and assorted other stakeholders who have a vested financial interest in keeping this predatory system running.  S 178 contains absolutely not one thing that will stop or hold accountable those who exploit other human beings for financial gain.  This bill is an insult to many of us who have fought against this system for years.

Dear Senators: Mr. GRASSLEY(for himself, Mr. BLUMENTHAL, Mr. TILLIS, Ms. KLOBUCHAR,

Mr. CORNYN, Mr. LEAHY, Mr. BENNET, and Mrs. FEINSTEIN) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary :

S 178 To prevent elder abuse and exploitation and improve the justice system’s response to victims in elder abuse and exploitation cases.

I have just completed an in-depth examination of S 178 that is supposedly going to finally address the issues of elder exploitation, including financial, emotional and physical abuse and the ongoing theft of assets from the elderly and the disabled, by predators of all kinds. Also at risk are individuals who have inherited or, who stand to inherit trust funds or other financial instruments. Any one can be targeted in this system if a professional predator operating as “guardian” or, “attorney” decides that the victim has assets that can be stolen under the protection of a probate or family court.

Questions that should have been asked, but were not:

Q: Why should being declared a ward of the state render you dead in the law?

A: Because Probate courts become active only upon presentation of the death certificate. The estate is either testate, or intestate. The declaration of “ward” is the defacto death certificate of the living person.

Q: Why is it necessary to immediately strip the living (dead) person of all natural rights and liberties?

A: This stripping of all rights and protections allows the predators and the probate administrator unfettered access to assets. The living (dead) person’s identity is assumed by the predators as are the assets. The victim is now deprived of the right to due process or to mount a defensive action against the predators.

Q: Why is there not one state or federal law, prohibiting the stripping of Constitutional rights and protections especially in the case of probate of the living person?

A: Because all of the statutes are written by the BAR Association and other vested stakeholders such as The National Guardianship Association and the College of Probate Judges. The individual rights have to be taken away to leave them defenseless. Without these protections in place, they have no right to challenge the predators.

Q: What was included in S 178 that could have conceivably been interpreted to address the ongoing assault on elderly individuals targeted, to facilitate the theft of the estate?

A: Nothing

Q: What provisions were included in S 178 for sighting crimes committed against the victims by professional predators? Who would enforce prosecuting those crimes? What enforcement enabling provision was included?

A: NONE

Donald Trump was supposed to be the first president since JFK to be free of obligations to the high cabal usual funders and owners of American presidents. That’s how he was self-billed and that was his major selling point – that he had very largely funded his own campaign and, with a very successful businessman’s approach, would be more-knowledgeable and success-capable than his politician predecessors. So that he could get things done for and at the bidding of the people, rather than the multi-billionaire plutocrats who were accustomed to bribing and ruling.

And, perhaps strangely, if you google it, you can find purported background information both ways – that he paid for most of his rather sketchy campaign himself, or alternatively, that his elevation was heavily-financed by mega-rich interests primarily on Wall Street.

But, regardless, he is now, as a sudden recruit to the bomb-bomb, waw-waw persuasion, coming over from the presumed militarism-minimization philosophy of regime-change wars being too costly and unavailing. The neocons have got him now, apparently, however they did it, and here we go again – except more than ever.

One current theory, voiced in an online article apparently without an author a couple of days ago, entitled “Is Trump Really In Control?”, conjectures that the other members of the administration, mostly ex-generals, because they, not so much the president, have been mouthing threats in every direction lately, must, thus, be in control. While the president enjoys his golf and holds endless meetings and pep rallies – leaving war “to the generals”, mostly faceless. Whoever they are, all too casually assumed to be human or approximately so.

A CIVIL RIGHTS MATTER: Supreme Court to Rule On Federal Workers’ Right to Take Complaint to U.S. District Court

On Monday, April 17th, many present and former federal employees lined up to witness the Supreme Court justices open their April session with the case of Anthony Perry, a former Department of Commerce Census Bureau employee and a member of the Coalition For Change, Inc. (C4C). The question the Supreme Court with newly appointed Judge Neil Gorsuch on the bench must answer is — Whether a Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) decision dismissing a mixed case on “jurisdictional grounds” is subject to judicial review in district court or in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. If the Perry case is allowed to proceed in district court it has a far more likely chance of being heard by a jury. For the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is known to largely “RUBBER STAMP” federal agency decisions. Christopher Landau, who represented Perry, urged the court to rule that mixed cases like his client’s should go to the district court. But, Brian Fletcher, assistant to the U.S. solicitor general, argued on behalf of the federal government. Fletcher disagreed asserting Perry’s case should go to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. If the Supreme Court were to send Perry’s case to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, rather than the U.S. District Court, it would be indeed a civil rights blow for Federal workers who challenge unlawful civil rights violations and adverse actions (i.e. wrongful demotions, suspensions, and job terminations). For “some studies report that the U.S. Courts of Appeals affirmed 90 percent of all cases they decided from 1995 to 2005.”  (See footnote 1) Penn State Law students submitted an amicus brief to Supreme Court in support of Mr. Perry’s right to pursue his claims in U.S. District Court. The amicus brief read: “The issue at the center of Perry v. Merit Systems Protection Board stems from a 2012 Supreme Court decision, in which the Court held that federal employees whose discrimination claims are dismissed on procedural grounds by the MSPB are entitled to have their cases heard on the merits in federal district court. BLM claims selling wild horses to kill buyer Tom Davis was selling them to a “good home”

On the Bureau of Land Management’s new website, on the Program Data page for the Wild Horse & Burro Program (under the Wild Horse and Burro Sales to Private Care tab), the BLM claims “It has been and remains the policy of the BLM, despite the unrestricted sales authority of the Burns Amendment, NOT to sell or send any wild horses or burros to slaughterhouses or to “kill buyers.”

The BLM claims “Wild Horses and Burros Sold to Good Homes” but then includes a total of 402 wild horses and burros sold in Fiscal Year 2012. (In this 402 total, 320 were horses and 82 were burros.)

BLM sale logs obtained by us in Freedom of Information Act requests indicate that in Fiscal Year 2012, the BLM sold 239 wild horses (almost 80% of the 320 horses that were sold) to kill buyer Tom Davis of La Jara, CO.  Many, if not all, of these wild horses went to slaughter in Mexico.

Syrian President Bashar al Assad is being read out of the human race, and the Trump Administration seems to have done a 180-degree turn on the necessity for “regime change” in Syria because Assad used horrible, horrible! weapons against civilians, including helpless little babies.

A journalist might ordinarily assert the word “allegedly” before the charges—if for no other reason that while no one thinks Assad is good, some might think he is not that stupid. But he has already been tried and convicted, by the media and the government. That’s the infallible tribunal that sequentially declared that Iraq had chemical weapons, then didn’t (might they have shipped them to Syria?), and that the Syrian regime had disposed of theirs, but now had used them to kill their own babies.

Chemical weapons seem to be in a class by themselves: the ultimately gruesome way to die. Their use crosses the final Red Line to a heinous crime against humanity, and is a violation of international law. Of course, we don’t always do much about it.

Another Government Shutdown Shakedown? (Yawn!)

It made absolutely no difference who won the 2016 presidential election. We can vote all we want, but the flight plan doesn’t change. We are being steered to a predetermined end with the only difference being which road we take to get there. This translates into …who will be allowed to profit most from the journey? We already know who will pay the bill.

Trump’s biggest problem was and is that he thought he was actually going to be running things…he’d be the “boss”. He’s obviously had his butt handed to him and now has back peddled on EVERY campaign promise he made. And we are just verging in the end of the first 100 days of his administration.

Here we go again. The threat of a so-called “government shutdown”. IF only that would happen on a level beneficial to the country. But it won’t. Nothing that affects the daily grinding of federal agencies as they mismanage employees, programs and massive amounts of money will be affected. Both houses of congress will continue to gather and to collect their pay checks, their golden fleece insurance perks and, bribery from special interests hand delivered by lobbyists. Of course, we don’t dare call it bribery; we call it “campaign donations”, “political contributions” and other euphemisms meant to disguise the pay-to-play business of government.

Checking a list of government agencies affected in 2013 and 2015, it is apparent that the only people and agencies affected to any degree, are low-level staffers and even lower level employees of agencies.

A sample from that list:

• Vital services that ensure seniors and young children have access to healthy food and meals may not have sufficient Federal funds to serve all beneficiaries in an extended lapse.
• Call centers, hotlines and regional offices that help veterans understand their benefits will close to the public.
• And, veterans’ compensation, pension, education and other benefits could be cut off in the case of an extended shutdown.
• Every one of America’s national parks and monuments, from Yosemite to the Smithsonian to the Statue of Liberty, will be immediately closed.
• New applications for small business loans and loan guarantees will be immediately halted.
• Research into life-threatening diseases and other areas will stop and new patients won’t be accepted into clinical trials at the National Institutes of Health.
• Work to protect consumers, ranging from child product safety to financial security to the safety of hazardous waste facilities, will cease. The EPA will halt non-essential inspections of chemical facilities and drinking water systems.
• Permits and reviews for planned energy and transportations projects will stop, preventing companies from working on these projects.
• Loans to rural communities will be halted.
• Hundreds of thousands of Federal employees including many charged with protecting us from terrorist threats, defending our borders, inspecting our food, and keeping our skies safe will work without pay until the shutdown ends.
• Hundreds of thousands of additional Federal workers will be immediately and indefinitely furloughed without pay.

CHAPTER ONE

Last Thursday evening as I watched and listened to a public forum in which five elected representatives of the people offered their views on the recently adjourned session of the legislature in the state of Arkansas, it dawned on me, especially in one particular instance, what I was indeed witnessing was a perfect example of the Hegelian Dialectic in full blossom when the subject of the meeting rolled around to Tort Reform.

Obviously, the legislature, in particular, the Senate, has determined that there is a problem, that only the legislature could fix by proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the state of Arkansas. The question that must be answered is this: does this problem in fact exist or is it a synthetic problem as mentioned by Hegel above? In other words, where is the outcry from the people themselves that demands from the legislature a remedy to cure the alleged political disease?

While not one person in the assembly that night mentioned any specific reality that would require the amending of the Constitution, an Arkansas state Senator stated, “books have been written about this problem” although he too could not cite any specific case in which to support his allegation. One would think if there are so many instances of the problem existing that books have been written about it, he could have quoted at least one.

Absent any real public demand for a solution to the alleged problem there must be another motivating factor which is driving this particular legislation, that, if approved, will diminish the individual and constitutional rights of the people themselves. If the people are not the driving force behind any issue, then, the only inescapable answer would be the issue is being driven by special interests and their money. One does not have to be a brain surgeon or a rocket scientist to comprehend the fact politicians profit in many ways when they promote the agenda of special interests instead of the rights of the people. The examples are prolific in number.

Americans as young as 4 years old are being leg shackled, handcuffed, tasered and held at gun point for not being quiet, not being orderly and just being childlike—i.e., not being compliant enough. Government social workers actually subjected a 3-year-old boy to a forced catheterization after he was unable to provide them with a urine sample on demand (the boy still wasn’t potty trained). The boy was held down, screaming in pain, while nurses forcibly inserted a tube into his penis to drain his bladder—all of this done because the boy’s mother’s boyfriend had failed a urine analysis for drugs. Whistleblower Reveals That A UN-Planned Invasion By Refugees Into The US Is Already Underway

US: A Missouri woman is interviewed by radio-show host, Josh Tolley, and tells how she became involved in her state’s refugee-immigration program and how the program is far more extensive and advanced than most people realize. She describes how the UN, under the heading of Agenda 2030, is planning immigration into the US similar to what is happening in Europe. The goal is to create chaos and lay the foundation for breaking the US into smaller political units with equal UN representation – and the end of America as a sovereign nation. -GEG

Radio show host Josh Tolley interviewed an unidentified American woman from Missouri who learned about her state’s refugee immigration program by attending UN-sponsored meetings and participating in the programs.  She said that refugees are brought into the US in alliance with the UN Refugee Resettlement Organization Offices of Refugee Monitoring out of Washington, DC.  In her state, Missouri Social Services administers the refugee programs that provide welfare for housing, food stamps, and medicare, in addition to cash and jobs.

The refugees receive US passports and Social Security numbers so they can receive Social Security benefits.  They are screened and, where possible, encouraged to apply for lifetime disability benefits under Social Security.

Many refugees are allowed into the US who have communicable diseases such as tuberculosis, leprosy, and smallpox.

The Bureau of Land Management is scrubbing their trail on the internet

After NBC News wrote about the Bureau of Land Management featuring a photo of a coal bed at the top of their website, the BLM changed it… to now feature this photo of an oil & gas pipeline.

The Bureau of Land Management is scrubbing most of its links off of the internet, and in doing so, erasing much of its history from public view.

Many of the blm.gov links that are still remaining on the internet at this point say “page not found,” or the links are no longer cached.

The BLM also suddenly removed state and district websites. Instead, you will now find “landing pages” that direct you to only one main Bureau of Land Management website. (You can look at the new BLM website HERE.)

I called a BLM Public Affairs Specialist to ask some questions about the defunct websites and links. This person said in the past there were about 90,000 pages (and then a bit later stated that it could possibly be only about 60,000 pages) of BLM content on the internet, but that all of these pages couldn’t be maintained or updated, and weren’t centralized. This person said the BLM’s prior content management system was outdated.

A Summary of What is Likely to Have Been a False Flag Operation in Syria

The narrative accompanying the video footage that swayed Trump showed the now discredited-as-propaganda “White Hat” brigade members trying to hose down the dying poison gas victims in a region where there is no American presence. The unknown makers of the video claimed that the chemical agent responsible was military-grade Sarin gas.

Within hours after the Al Queda video went viral, a pair of U.S. Navy destroyers – that had been pre-positioned in the eastern Mediterranean – launched 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles (at a cost of some $1.5 million each, which equals $85,000,000 of scarce taxpayer dollars in one pop, to the delight of some weapons manufacturer or other), targeting aircraft, hardened shelters, fuel storage, munitions supply, air defense and communications facilities at the Syrian air base. Only 20% of the air base was disabled and jets were flying out of the base within a few  days.

The cooler heads of most of the members of the UN Security Council refused to blame Assad until further study of the facts were examined by an independent group.

Most American civilians have obviously not had to endure the terrible atrocities of war. They have not had to run for cover because of bombs being dropped in their communities. America is not a place where we have had to deal with bombs being dropped on us by jets or missiles (excluding Pearl Harbor). When Americans think of bombs exploding in a war scenario, they envision those explosions being detonated in the middle east or on some foreign soil.

JH: No! Gosh, I mean hell, no! That is what everyone seems to be doing – get out in the street and squall like an 8-month-old outraged toddler, maybe carrying signs, not buying Cheetos from the wrong stores, signing our name on a list – just the strategy we’ve been trying for a couple hundred years. And, surprise, it’s not working! Because – well, partly because, we’ve just telling people who do bad stuff to please knock it off. And it’s how they make their bucks, the way they bilk us, so they’re not going to stop it. They’re never going to. Because it works and we have no obvious way of ever stopping them. And a little part of what they do, after all, might even be good and needed. So, what we need to try to do is force a clear, reasonable limitation on it. Look, right now just might be the worst possible time to suggest what I’m about to suggest, what with this controversial, but generally cheered, staged reaction to Syria. Here is what you need to know about RFID. Besides those state of the art markings such as personalized invisible tattoos that access reams of data, there are chipped smart phones, credit cards, passports, a drivers license, and debit cards that do the same.  None the less, Australians have climbed aboard big brother’s overreach, while at the same time, numerous Swedish employees also dove in and are totally jazzed about being voluntarily microchipped with a radio frequency device the size of two grains of rice which is then embedded under the skin between the thumb and index finger.  In spite of warnings, these injections have become so popular that company employees even hold parties for those who are willing to get implants.

   But Ben Libberton, a microbiologist at Stockholm’s Karolinska Institute, says hackers could conceivably gain huge swathes of information from embedded microchips while Identity theft could be a real concern.  In the end,  Brussels, Belgium is also a recipient of loads of debit and credit information which is monitored at one of the world’s major data centers called…the “beast.”  Does that ring a bell?  Also, let’s not forget about  NSA’s mega data bank called the Bumblehive in Utah which holds a massive amount of information.

  The problem here is that any and all of ones private and personal information may one day be used against that person in a court of law, while at the same time, what if false information was loaded  into a data bank by either the government or a corporation?  You now will be framed in a court of law.  You could lose everything you own and/or go to prison.  Far fetched?   Was not Joseph Nacchio, the infamous CEO of Quest Communications framed because he chose not to tap telephone lines or cellphones after 911?  This was before RFID became popular in the smart phone industry.   

  To counter the rising tide of RFID, there are at least four states – Wisconsin, Oklahoma, California and North Dakota – which have passed laws against involuntary chipping of human beings.  Yet, a Nevada bill may be even a stronger attempt at limiting the overreach of government and corporate America which aims to track citizens, patients and employees.  Not only would the Nevada bill forbid the human implanting of radio frequency identification chips, but it also would ban any other forms of markings for a human being.  Should not this be the model for all of the other states to follow? 

As for Sweden, there still may be light at the end of the tunnel.

  On April 1, 2017, the right-wing politician of the Sweden Democrats party who is the Swedish MEP hoped his country would be next to ditch the European Union after dubbing Article 50 ‘as a breath of fresh air.’  Peter Lundgren, said; “I’m hopeful that we also can follow Britain’s example.”   So, no matter if a person is in Sweden or America, will the exit also include a chipless and cashless society?
I hope so.    

  In summary, when high tech surveillance invades our privacy and lends itself to either hacking by persons, government or corporate intrusion, it is the duty of the people to stand up against this hi-tech new world order monster which is meant to enslave the entire planet by means of a mark or a microchip, either in your hand or in a device such as a smart phone or a card.  And I heard the sound of the trumpet loud and clear and I was moved to tell all of you the truth.

The world is being corrupted at a very fast pace.  Rogue members across the globe are ready to take your soul.  The microchip is already being popularized and being falsely touted as a device that is for your “protection” and “safety.”  We as Americans cannot afford to follow the piper as we must resist this movement and set ourselves apart from this evil Globalist agenda.   It is necessary and urgent that we the people “come out of her.”

How a Judge Scrapped Pennsylvania Families’ $4.24M Water Pollution Verdict in Gas Drilling Lawsuit

For many residents of Carter Road in Dimock, Pennsylvania, it’s been nearly a decade since their lives were turned upside down by the arrival of Cabot Oil and Gas, a company whose Marcellus Shale hydraulic fracturing (“fracking”) wells were plagued by a series of spills and other problems linked to the area’s contamination of drinking water supplies.

With a new federal court ruling handed down late last Friday, a judge unwound a unanimous eight-person jury which had ordered Cabot to pay a total of $4.24 million over the contamination of two of those families’ drinking water wells. In a 58 page ruling, Magistrate Judge Martin C. Carlson discarded the jury’s verdict in Ely v. Cabot and ordered a new trial, extending the legal battle over one of the highest-profile and longest-running fracking-related water contamination cases in the country.

In his order, Judge Carlson chastised the plaintiff’s lawyers for “repeatedly inviting the jury to engage in unwarranted speculation” and wrote that, in his personal estimation, the plaintiffs had not presented enough evidence to warrant the jury’s $4.24 million in damages. The original complaint for the case was filed in November 2009.

Nonetheless, Judge Carlson declined to throw out the lawsuit entirely, ordering Cabot to re-start settlement talks with the Ely and Hubert families. If those talks fail, the trial process will begin anew, extending the already years-long legal battle into months or even years to come.

“The judge heard the same case that the jury heard and the jury was unanimous,” Nolan Scott Ely, the lead plaintiff in the case, said in a statement. “How can he take it upon himself to set aside their verdict? It’s outrageous.”

Retrials “Not as Rare”

Over time, Judge Carlson’s order noted, the plaintiffs’ legal complaints had been successfully winnowed down by Cabot, which was represented at trial by several lawyers from Norton Rose Fulbright, the tenth highest-grossing law firm in the world in 2016. The case now centers around a nuisance complaint.

Ely, whose background is in construction work, and his family and neighbors were represented at trial by a solo practitioner, Leslie Lewis, assisted by one other attorney. During one brief stint in the years leading up to the trial, the two families had no lawyer at all, but represented themselves. When the case began, they had the assistance of the firms Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik & Associates and the Jacob Fuchsberg Law Firm (the former employer of Lewis), which ushered in a settlement agreement with some of the 44 original plaintiffs.

But Ely and others were not satisfied with the offer, which included a non-disclosure agreement, and decided to proceed with the lawsuit.

John-Mark Stensvaag, an environmental law professor at the University of Iowa, said that orders to re-try cases “are not as rare as one might think.”

“This does not mean that the plaintiffs have no case,” he added, “it only means that, in [Judge Carlson’s] opinion, they have not presented a case justifying the jury’s verdict and should be given a second opportunity to present an adequate case.”

Carter Road Water Contamination

There’s little question that something is very wrong with the water on Carter Road, despite lingering questions in the legal battles centering around that contaminated water.

In 2016, shortly after the Elys and Huberts’ $4.24 million verdict, the Centers for Disease Control issued a report concluding that Dimock’s tainted waters carried dangerous levels of chemicals including arsenic, lithium, and 4-chlorophenyl phenyl ether (which is acutely toxic if swallowed). Further, the water was laced with enough methane that five of the homes on Carter Road had been at risk of exploding. Indeed, on New Year’s Day 2009, one of Dimock’s contaminated drinking water wells did explode.

Dadgummit!  After John Ruhs, Nevada’s BLM State Director, said that he wanted to round up 4,000 wild horses in Elko County last summer (supposedly in response to the continued lies blaming wild horses and burros for the “deterioration of drought-stricken rangeland”), we’re noting that many mines that will use billions of gallons of water are now on the verge of expanding in Nevada.

Ruhs recently spoke at the Elko Convention Center, and stated that “We are pretty proud of the fact that this last year we have worked with the Nevada Cattlemen’s Association, the Nevada Department of Agriculture, the Forest Service, Fish and Wildlife Service and NDOW to provide some public opportunities to talk about sage grouse land use amendments and what they mean to the grazing program. A lot of work still needs to be done.”

The BLM ALWAYS works with the Nevada Cattlemen’s Association.  And the National Cattlemen’s Association.  Actually, the BLM works FOR them.  Notice that the focus of talking about sage grouse land use amendments is all about what they mean to the grazing program?

Ruhs also lamented that wild horse and burro issues dominate a large part of the Nevada BLM and Ruhs went on to talk about the difficulties in wild horse management.

Wild horse and burro issues dominate?  Like, bigger than all of the mines and outnumbering all of the livestock?

And talk about difficulties?  How about all those abandoned mines in Nevada, John?

And management?  There is only wild horse and burro “MISmanagement.”

Ruhs then said “We are somewhere in excess of 37,000 horses on the rangeland that is a big priority for us and it’s one of the things that I hope in the new administration that we will see some changes that will finally allow us to get some work done on the ground.”

We hope that the work that Ruhs is referring to getting done “on the ground” will include getting an accurate count of the wild horses and burros, rescinding some livestock overgrazing permits and making sure the extractive industries don’t use every last drop of water.

Why even bother to imply that the BLM “manages” anything, except impending environmental damage from the “multiple uses” that make a buck?  Don’t stash the truth, John.

OVERTHROWING THE ASSAD REGIME IN SYRIA has been a Deep State wish-list item for years. Assad knows this, and he knows that his use of chemical weapons would be just the pretext needed for ending any even-handedness toward him by the Trump administration.

ON THE OTHER HAND, Rex Tillerson and Nikki Haley announced just the week before this chemical attack that Trump intends to leave Assad in power. That is, Tillerson and Haley told the Deep State and its “rebel” Islamic-extremist proxies in Syria that they were going to be thwarted in their ambitions unless something happened to dramatically change the status quo.

It is obvious to any but the willfully or mendaciously blind that the Deep State and its “rebel” Islamic-extremist proxies are the only folks for whom the use of chemical weapons in Damascus offers any benefit, which is had by accusing Assad of responsibility and forcing Trump to turn against him. In fact, it is obvious that these folks were just as much compelled to use such weapons in a false-flag sham as Assad was disinclined to use such weapons.

The world’s most widely used herbicide, Roundup, has faced intense scrutiny in recent weeks, since documents surfaced revealing a close relationship between Monsanto, the creator of Roundup, and EPA officials tasked with regulating herbicide use in the United States. One email exchange included a Monsanto executive boasting that an EPA official had told him he “should get a medal” if he could “kill” an agency investigation into the herbicide.

This news was troubling, considering the fact that the World Health Organization recently declared Roundup’s active ingredient “probably carcinogenic to humans.” The 2015 WHO announcement raised major alarms because roughly 89 percent of American corn and over 90 percent of all soybeans produced in the United States—millions of tons of which are exported every year to dozens of countries around the world—are genetically engineered to be herbicide resistant, Roundup Ready being a preferred variety. These findings gave new scientific fodder to many GMO opponents who have long alleged that the world’s food supply is awash in dangerous chemicals.

But while new emails raise serious questions about the safety of consuming food contaminated with Roundup, historical documents reveal troubling issues further upstream. I obtained files from the EPA via a Freedom of Information Act request that tell the story of Roundup’s origins at a Superfund hazardous waste site. These documents show that there are disturbing environmental and human health concerns at the beginning, not just at the end, of Roundup’s lifecycle.

Monsanto’s weedkiller comes from beneath the soil. The active ingredient in Roundup is glyphosate, which is ultimately derived from elemental phosphorous extracted from phosphate rock buried below ground. Monsanto gets its phosphate from mines in Southeast Idaho near the town of Soda Springs, a small community of about 3,000 people. The company has been operating there since the 1950s.

Clearly, we the people are in a cold war, soon to become violent, being spearheaded by an elite group which has caused this havoc by using followers that are programed into thinking in these terms.

Threat to wild horses: Public comment needed on Nevada mine that will use over 2 billion gallons of water in 10 years

1. Be sure to ask for the NO ACTION ALTERNATIVE.
2. The Gold Bar mine project will use over 2 billion gallons of water in 10 years.  The BLM needs to take into consideration past (historic), current and likely future droughts and climate change when deciding if they will approve this DEIS.
3. The Project will negatively impact the water, forage, safety, and “free-roaming” abilities of the Roberts Mountain wild horse herd on the Roberts Mountain HMA, as well as the nearby wild horse herds on Whistler Mountain and Fish Creek Herd Management Areas.
4. The BLM is minimizing the area of impact by only indicating the 10′ water drawdown, and not the 5′ or 1′ water drawdown.  The 5′ and 1′ water drawdown will cover a much larger area of land.  A stream can dry up with as little as 1′ of water drawdown.
5. When the nearby Mt. Hope mine becomes operational, it is proposed that it will use an additional 7,000 gallons per minute for the life of the mine (40-50 years).  Mt. Hope mine will use over 3 1/2 billion gallons of water per year and over 36 billion gallons of water in 10 years.
6. The BLM refers to the Cyanide Management Plan (1992), (noted in Vol. 1A, 1.4.3) and the Solid Minerals Reclamation Handbook (1992), (noted in Vol. 1A, 1.4.4).  These are 25 years old and outdated.  Ask for updates of this Plan and Handbook for this DEIS.

Minnesota Attorney General’s Office Defends Corrupt Judge, Refuses to Intervene in Grazzini-Rucki Case

Is the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office participating in a cover up of corruption happening in Dakota County? 

The current Attorney General in Minnesota is Laurie Swanson, who was elected in 2006, and reelected in 2010 and 2014. The Attorney General’s Office has been receiving documentation concerning the Grazzini-Rucki case for over 5 years and has refused to investigate or take any action in the face of serious allegations, and evidence, showing corruption in local government and law enforcement. However, when opposing President Trump’s immigrant order, Lori Swanson said “It does not pass constitutional muster, is inconsistent with our history as a nation, and undermines our national security.” The same can be said for Dakota County; yet instead of taking a public stance on a very real concern that affects not only the Grazzini-Rucki family but the entire state of Minnesota, and possibly tens of thousands of families…

The Whole U.S. Kerfuffle Is About MONEY

The supply of money in the US public pot for beneficial use is increasingly limited. As a pretty solid rule, politicians are there to prevent solving any real problems that would tax their wealthy sponsors. (That’s why the real problems of health care, for instance, never get solved.) All manner of cute mechanisms are in fact operating instead to siphon the money you earn upward to the real rulers. (Which is why, in the richest country ever, you and probably most everyone you know forever struggle financially just to survive.

At the global level, the motivation for contrived events (and virtually all are of the category) is further perfection of control for the real people who run the scam. On the national level, it’s money.

As one instance among dozens or hundreds, many people have wondered what’s the use of hanging on pathetically in Afghanistan for so long. Perhaps the most truthful answer is opium. Under control of the Taliban, poppy production in the country was all but eliminated. Come the US resurgence and selective occupation, and opium-growing skyrocketed, year after year after year. Local growers and marketers realize next to nothing for their efforts.: it’s the foreign (read American and Allied) spot buyers and middlemen who jack up the price in the refinement process by a thousand, five-thousand, a hundred-thousand per cent, laundering the take in the Caribbean.

And how slick and successful in the retail? Well, how many deprived kids and working-class adults die of opiate habits per annum in Appalachia, northern New England, the Midwest? Blood money turns as by magic into great walled estates, fleets of quarter-of-a-million-dollar sports cars, small and not so small ships. All of which are glamorized. And who calls the shots – literally? Well, they surely wouldn’t kill thousands (read millions) of their own people, would they?

There’s blood money, running into the trillions, from deals abroad. The rulers of the US are war addicts; the people who aren’t rulers, not so much – despite the rulers’ best efforts.

Enemies coming up like ducks on a conveyor belt can, if need be, be drawn by name out of a hat and pretexts galore found. Little does it matter who or why. (Though, in fact, a bigger enemy like Russia or China might just offer larger bounties, added opportunities for rebuilding from nuke contamination, etc.) And each time, the “enemies” are simply incredulous.

Invasion begins, often by proxies purposefully indistinguishable from the “enemies” Even so, your taxes pay the salaries, services, equipment, munitions, bombs, veterans’ care, interest on borrowed funds, and at exorbitant, wildly inflated rates, keeping you beholden to them for credit or skimpy “entitlements”. Your earnings are siphoned upward to the rulers’ accounts. Virtually no one dies here as a direct result (except veterans driven to suicide), unlike the case of the poppies, where the link and motive haven’t become so obvious — and we still think of the poppies in Flanders Field. But, when American dying and the walking dead condition as grave proliferate, it’s that same superfluous segment – who were supposed to shut up and salute at election time but didn’t – that always pays the brunt.

By rights, the high walls protecting the gaudy mausoleums warehousing the rulers and the secret productions of their breakaway civilization should be blasted down on their necks by the sound of the trump and the peasants, which is the very fear that fuels the elite’s whole ludicrous hating and lying industry. Though the rights don’t always win out. Stay tuned.
