Federal agencies don’t keep most of their records forever. At some point, they’re legally allowed to destroy the majority of them.
But when? And which records? That’s up to the agency and the National Archives (with some input from the public, at least in theory).
In an overlooked process that’s been going on for decades, agencies create a “Request for Records Disposition Authority” that gives details about the documents, then proposes when they can be destroyed (e.g., three years after the end of the fiscal year, 50 years after they’re no longer needed, etc.). Occasionally, agencies propose keeping some documents permanently, which means eventually transferring them to the National Archives.
The National Archives & Records Administration (NARA) then “appraises” the agency’s Request for Records Disposition Authority, almost always giving the greenlight.
Around this point, the agency’s request and NARA’s appraisal are announced in the Federal Register. They are not published in the Register, nor are they posted to the Register website (including Regulations.gov). Their existence is simply noted.
Dept. of the Interior is asking for permission to destroy records about oil and gas leases, mining, dams, wells, timber sales, marine conservation, fishing, endangered species, non-endangered species, critical habitats, land acquisition, wild horses & burros and lots more. It’s also wanting to permanently retain a smaller subset of documents in each category, which will be transferred to the National Archives, where they will become harder to access via FOIA.
This is crucial stuff. In the months, years, and decades ahead, if you get “records destroyed” responses, or a vague “no records” response, from NPS, BLM, FWS, BIA, etc., this could be the root cause.

President Johnson made the Social Security Trust Fund available to the general treasury to fund the war in Viet Nam. Every president since then has used SS as a political ATM. There is NO TRUST FUND! It exists only as an identified revenue stream in the IMF/World Bank. The feds have stolen 3.7 trillion from SS in surplus funds and used those funds for everything and anything and this has been done by Democrats as well as Republicans.
Billed as the military’s latest “crowd control” technology, what this has typically meant is a new “non-lethal” weapon designed for use by militaries or police forces against unruly demonstrators or those standing against powerful state actors or corporate forces.
According to U.S. government documents, the aim of the ongoing project is to develop “a lightweight and energy efficient next-generation Ultra-Short Pulse Laser (USPL) system that can produce sustainable and controllable plasma at range capable of inducing a full spectrum of scalable non-lethal effects.” As a so-called “scalable” weapon, it will be able to shoot not only piercing sounds, but also “burn off” or “vaporize” human skin, and ultimately could be used to kill its target.
As the Daily Mail recently explained, the weapon will be able to “produce a range of effects”:
At the lowest setting, the weapon can produce speech, and it will be able to warn people up to 3,200 feet (1,000m) away by delivering voice messages.
When it gets closer, the weapon will deliver a ‘Flash-bang effect’ by sending an ‘acoustic blast of ~ 165+ dB at minimum distance of 100 meters’.
It will also be able to send a ‘Flash blind effects (6-8 million candela)’ momentarily blinding people at minimum distance of 100 meters
The highest setting of the current model will let loose ‘Full scalable thermal ablative effects’ through common natural clothing (i.e., fabric, denim, leather, etc.) at minimum distance of 100 meters. This would painfully vaporize the outer layer of skin – rather than burning it will be turned into gas.
Ultimately, as the government’s program plan lays out, the weapon would “have direct application to many other U.S. Government agencies as well as civilian law enforcement. The Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, Department of Justice, the Secret Service, and Customs and Border Protection also desire this full spectrum of effects capability. The ability to non-lethally interdict a threatening person or persons has utility in many security and crowd control applications to include several municipal applications.”
Of course, what this often means is using such a weapon—as has long been true with other “crowd control” technologies—in order to intimidate or put down public protest or organized demonstrations that are seen as threatening to powerful interests.

Is the anonymous author of a recent New York Times op-ed eviscerating the president a whistleblower?
Is the victim of an alleged sexual assault by Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh a whistleblower?
I’m fortunate to have access to the media to talk about torture after blowing the whistle on the CIA’s program. I think Ed Snowden, Tom Drake and others would say the same thing about the aftermath of their own whistleblowing.
Cost of Doing the Right Thing
The problem is that we are the exception to the rule. Most whistleblowers either suffer in anonymity or are personally, professionally, socially and financially ruined for speaking truth to power. Darin Jones is one of those people. He’s one of the people silenced in Barack Obama’s war on whistleblowers. And he continues to suffer under Donald Trump.
Jones was an FBI supervisory contract specialist who in 2012 reported evidence of serious procurement improprieties to his superior. Jones maintained that Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) had been awarded a $40 million contract improperly because a former FBI official with responsibility for granting the contract then was hired as a consultant at CSC. Jones said, rightly, that this was a violation of the Procurement Integrity Act. He made seven other disclosures alleging financial improprieties in the FBI, and he was promptly fired for his troubles.
Remember, the United States has a Whistleblower Protection Act. Any federal employee who brings to light evidence of waste, fraud, abuse, illegality, or threats to the public health or public safety is protected under federal statute.
According to Facebook, this behavior consists of using “sensational political content — regardless of its political slant — to build an audience and drive traffic to their websites.”
In other words, our Facebook page with 2.1 million fans was deleted for publishing controversial political content and trying to get people like you to see it.
Unfortunately, website traffic from Facebook was how Anti-Media generates most revenue to pay our staff.
While Americans were transfixed by Senate hearings over Brett Kavanaugh’s alleged sexual assaults, House Republicans quietly passed another enormous tax handout for the wealthiest Americans.
President Trump claimed the first tax plan would be “rocket fuel” for the economy, but there’s no evidence it’s done anything to improve the economic well being of working families.
The centerpiece of the first plan was a massive tax cut for corporations. The corporate tax rate was reduced by 40 percent, plus a $400 billion tax break for multinational corporations on their trillions in accumulated offshore profits.

What transpired last week politically with regard to considering Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court is unacceptable and has the elements of pure defamation of character and family. Is a candidate for the Supreme Court meant to be prosecuted by a Chinese Tribunal? It matters not whether a person is a Democrat or a Republican, yet, one of the parties will conspire and accuse a nominee, guilty or not? This is flat out conspiracy theory. Shall we call in the jury?
Consequently, in a smear campaign, as long as there is outright judgment and condemnation while the race card or the sex card is played, it’s all “acceptable” even if the moral essence of America and the republic is seen by the world as pure rubbish? Is there any conviction left with lawmakers who use any means possible to destroy a person who is seen “in their definition” an enemy of the state? Have political parties now drawn a line in the sand and are now bent on staying in power no matter what the cost, even if the entire American Republic goes down with the ship?
So Governor Brown has now appointed himself as the “straw-boss”, by signing a piece of legislation that bans plastic straws because of environmental concerns. I would have hoped that he would have chosen an unbiased investigative journalist or a commission to clean up the corruption in the California State Legislature, in order that news worthy stories and findings would be printed in the S.F. Chronicle, the Sacramento Bee and the LA Times, “unedited.”
So while the politicos are so wildly concerned about plastic straws, the deep state noose of tyranny tightens its grip, while the swamp deepens in the great late state of California. So in the meantime, “favored” attorneys dwell on an endless host of details helping legislators concoct a thousand more unconstitutional laws, all the while, the new present day muckrakers of America that are left exposing it, become censored by Big Tech. Hopefully, other ways to share the truth will be found, even if stories must be written on scrolls and placed in jars of clay and then hidden in caves to be found many years later by a shepherd boy. And at that time when the archaeologists make their great discovery, will these scrolls be referred to as the “Deep State Sea Scrolls?”
The muckrakers’ of days gone by, and their best work provided hard-hitting, factual revelations of wrongdoing in the nation’s most powerful institutions. What distinguished the muckrakers from previous reform-minded writers was their emphasis on concrete details. In those days of the late 1800’s and the early 1900’s, these journalists and writers were a welcome site to the populous when one considers the revelations of corruptions have gone unreported by the mainstream news.
Hopefully, it appears that the Deep State is in a free fall because it is running out of ways to hide all of the corruption and the protection racket that accompanied their agenda for the last 40 some years, MSM included. May the truth be known and may justice be served for the sake of the people who have struggled because of all the injustices that were laid upon them which was comprised of unbridled power, fake news, the love of money, and numerous back room deals which enriched those persons who were all involved.

I have a heavily-underlined book in my library that was written in 1995 by David C. Korten. It was titled “When Corporations Rule the World”. Around the time that the book was published, I was a small-town family practitioner still trying mightily to follow the Hippocratic Oath, which I took back in 1968. I was also still trying to honor my patient’s inalienable right to be fully informed about the risks and benefits of any drug I was considering prescribing before he or she consented to the prescription. It was time-consuming to follow those ethical principles.
Korten followed up with a sequel in 1999. He titled that book “The Post-Corporate World”. Here is an excerpt from page 7 of the sequel that nicely summarizes what he was warning his readers about:
“’When Corporations Rule the World’ told the new story as I had come to understand it:
“Our relentless pursuit of economic growth is accelerating the break-down of the planet’s life support systems, intensifying resource competition, widening the gap between rich and poor, and undermining the values and relationships of family and community. The growing concentration of power in global corporations and financial institutions is stripping governments – democratic and otherwise – of their ability to set economic, social, and environmental priorities in the larger common interest.
“While the listeners and viewers of mass communications are observing our changing times at light speed, the people have either become greatly alarmed at what they are seeing or they are just comfortably sedated and view the world as just another day and business as usual.”
In September 2018 California wildfires are the top of the news. Will a third of the worlds trees burn and will a third of the the fish in the sea die, and will species of many kinds perish and just become dust in the wind? Will the aftermath of wildfires and other maladies and plagues continue to sweep the globe? And, is it really just climate change that is the enemy? Many factors play into seasonal wildfires. For instance, back on October 20, 2017 Newsweek penned an article referring to the Napa Valley, Santa Rosa fire. It stated the following.

Although ISIS celebrated California wildfires death toll and suggested ways for their supporters to make it worse, they did not claim responsibility for the October 2017 fires. Even so, one must ask a serious question. With so much hate coming from a terrorist group, why would legislators and the Governor make California a sanctuary state when people like this are ready to burn it down? So, if it isn’t government or terrorists who are not looking after the safety and welfare of the people, who then will carry this weight?
Yet, adding to today’s catastrophic wildfire events of September 2018, what is truly disturbing is the present day ethical factors which now views evil as good and calls what is good evil. It is happening and it is by design as the world’s moral compass has fully shifted and is being tossed to and fro upon a turbulent ocean of endless tidal waves. Is this not meant to rock the socio-political-economic and religious foundations, thereby destroying people, nations, institutions, cultures and finally those unsuspecting societies for the purpose of one world government, run by an elite few, which would be for the “good of the whole.” This lie has been going around for a long long time and isn’t it about time that we the people sank this rotten pirate ship along with its broken compass and navigation manual that is left over from the dark ages?More

James Cosgrove, who directs health care reviews for the Government Accountability Office, told the House Ways and Means oversight subcommittee that the Medicare Advantage improper payment rate was 10 percent in 2016, which comes to $16.2 billion.
Adding in the overpayments for standard Medicare programs, the tally for last year approaches $60 billion — which is almost twice as much as the National Institutes of Health spends on medical research each year.
“Fundamental changes are necessary” to improve how the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services ferrets out billing mistakes and recoups overpayments from health insurers, he said.
Medicare serves about 56 million people, both those 65 and older and disabled people of any age. About 19 million have chosen to enroll in Medicare Advantage plans as an alternative to standard Medicare.
Federal officials predict the Medicare Advantage option will grow further as massive numbers of baby boomers retire in coming years.
Standard Medicare has a similar problem making accurate payments to doctors, hospitals and other health care providers, according to statistics presented at the hearing. Standard Medicare’s payment error rate was cited at 11 percent, or $41 billion for 2016.
Last week, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced the arrest of 412 people, some 100 doctors among them, in a scattershot of health care fraud schemes that allegedly ripped off the government for about $1.3 billion, mostly from Medicare.
CMS official Jonathan Morse said that the “largest contributors” to billing mistakes in standard Medicare were claims from home health care and inpatient rehabilitation facilities.
Some lawmakers appeared frustrated that CMS cannot say for sure how much of the “improper payments” in both Medicare options are caused by fraud. The agency uses the term broadly to cover billing fraud, waste and abuse, as well as simply overcharges and underpayments.

Do Americans know that they are being profiled by their telephone company? Service providers such as AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, and T-Mobile collect data and retain it but are not forthcoming in detailing the kind of data they collect and the reasons why they collect it. Taking this a bit further, a quick glimpse here shows what smartphone service providers collect and what governments are up to.
In the near future people, depending upon the country they live in and government mandates, persons will not be able to buy or sell without a card or a smartphone that can be scanned at either a store or by using other electronic means that will connect to ones cell phone, their account or their computer. Paying for anything in cash or by check will become history and not an option. This is a necessary evil that governments and corporations will enforce for the “benefit” of the country and the world. My advice…don’t sell out to this monster which is meant to place every human being on the planet under an all seeing eye that will finally take away every last freedom for the sake of the “good of the whole.”More

Leaving aside their egregious flouting of the elemental principle of English justice, note that they’re uttering this logical idiocy: Russia must have done it because it hasn’t proved it didn’t. Note also, in Javid’s speech, the amusing suggestion that Russia keeps changing its story; but to fit into the official British story “novichok” must be an instantly lethal slow acting poison which dissipates quickly but lasts for months.
This is an attempt to manipulate our perception of reality. In a previous essay I discussed NATO’s projection of its own actions onto Russia. In this piece I want to discuss another psychological manipulation – gaslighting.
The expression comes from the movie Gaslight in which the villain manipulates her reality to convince his wife that she is insane. Doubt the official Skripal story and it is you – you “Russian troll” – who is imagining things. Only Russian trolls would question Litvinenko’s deathbed accusation written in perfect English handed to us by a Berezovskiy flunky; or the shootdown of MH17; or the invasion of Ukraine; or the cyber attack on Estonia. Only a Russian troll would observe that the fabulously expensive NATO intelligence agencies apparently get their information from Bellingcat. Argumentum ad trollem is everywhere: count the troll accusations here or admire the clever anticipatory use of the technique there.

Have you ever got a song stuck in your head that you just can’t seem to shake? That catchy piece of music on a recurrent loop in your brain, also known as an earworm, may seem torturous but pales in comparison to actual sound torture employed for military purposes. Sound torture is a type of psychological warfare used to break the will of prisoners using loud music or white noise. While many of us use music to escape or even center ourselves, it can also be used as an instrument of torture under the right conditions.
Sound Torture During The Iraqi War
After details emerged regarding the U.S. military’s use of torture during the Iraqi War, common methods of physical torture, including “waterboarding,” hooding, and physical abuse, came under immense national and global scrutiny. The use of torture remains a widely debated issue when it comes to the treatment of military detainees. Music torture is currently banned by the United National Convention Against Torture, but it is still permitted under U.S. law. The United National Convention Against Torture defines torture as:
any act by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person for such purposes as obtaining from him, or a third person, information or a confession, punishing him for an act he or a third person has committed or is suspected of having committed, or intimidating or coercing him or a third person, or for any reason based on discrimination of any kind, when such pain or suffering is inflicted by or at the instigation of or with the consent or acquiescence of a public official or other person acting in an official capacity.
Errol Morris’s 2008 documentary “Standard Operating Procedure” focused on abuse and torture of prisoners at the Abu Gharib prison in 2003 by U.S. soldiers. A clip from the film features a U.S. soldier explaining the use of deafening music to have a psychological impact on prisoners of war.

California is considering creating a “fake news” advisory group in order to monitor information posted and spread on social media.
Senate Bill 1424 would require the California Attorney General to create the advisory committee by April 1, 2019. It would need to consist of at least one person from the Department of Justice, representatives from social media providers, civil liberties advocates, and First Amendment scholars.
The following presentation was part of Left Out forum, which 9-11 Truth organized to coincide with the Left Forum held in June 2017 in New York. It featured Dr Kevin Barret (the speaker) and other activists who were denied permission to speak at the Left Forum.*
In his talk, Barrett traces false flag terrorism back to Operation Gladio. The latter was a US military operation in Europe involving bombings and other terrorist attacks targeting civilians that were falsely blamed on left wing groups (eg the Red Brigades, the Baadar Meinhoff Gang and the KGB).
The overall purpose of Operation Gladio terrorism was to influence European elections at a time when Communist politicians enjoyed large majorities in the polls.
The Purpose of Trauma-Based Mind Control
According to Barrett, this strategy represents a form of trauma based mind control or psyops (psychological operation). As with Gladio, the cumulative effect of such attacks is to swing the vote for right wing authoritarian leaders who promise people protection and security.
Barrett has collaborated with ex-CIA undercover officer Robert David Steele to conduct extensive research into the false flag attacks in London in 2005 and 2017; in Manchester in 2017; in Paris in 2015, in Nice in 2016; in Munich in 2016, in San Bernadino in 2015 and in Orlando in 2016.
In this presentation, he briefly summarizes the pattern of anomalies suggesting each of these events was staged by individuals with links to the US military and/or US intelligence.

It’s Barrett’s view that both the British and French false flags resulted in the defeat of left leaning candidates (Corbyn in Britain and Melenchon in France) who were riding high in the polls – just like the Operation Gladio false flags of the 50s, 60s and 70s.
9/11: Mother of All False Flag Events
Barrett maintains 9/11 was the mother of all false flag events, in addition to decapitating the burgeoning antiglobalization move (sending 75,000 into the streets of Seattle in 1999), 9/11 and its aftermath transferred immense power to Bush’s neocon supporters (Cheney, Rumsfeld et all), enabling them to suspend civil liberties, increase surveillance and police state powers and carry out massive US military expansion in the Middle East.

When I was in Congress and had to regularly fly between DC and Texas, I was routinely subjected to invasive “pat-downs” (physical assaults) by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). One time, exasperated with the constant insults to my privacy and dignity, I asked a TSA agent if he was proud to assault innocent Americans for a living.I thought of this incident after learning that the TSA has been compiling a “troublesome passengers” list. The list includes those who have engaged in conduct judged to be “offensive and without legal justification” or disruptive of the “safe and effective completion of screening.” Libertarian journalist James Bovard recently pointed out that any woman who pushed a screener’s hands away from her breasts could be accused of disrupting the “safe and effective completion of screening.” Passengers like me who have expressed offense at TSA screeners are likely on the troublesome passengers list.Perhaps airline passengers should start keeping a list of troublesome TSA agents. The list could include those who forced nursing mothers to drink their own breast milk, those who forced sick passengers to dispose of cough medicine, and those who forced women they found attractive to go through a body scanner multiple times. The list would certainly include the agents who confiscated a wheelchair-bound three-year-old’s beloved stuffed lamb at an airport and threatened to subject her to a pat-down. The girl, who was at the airport with her family to take a trip to Disney World, was filmed crying that she no longer wanted to go to Disney World.
The TSA is effective at violating our liberty, but it is ineffective at protecting our security. Last year, the TSA’s parent agency, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), conducted undercover tests of the TSA’s ability or detect security threats at airports across the country. The results showed the TSA staff and equipment failed to uncover threats 80 percent of the time. This is not the first time the TSA has been revealed to be incompetent. An earlier DHS study fund TSA screenings and even the invasive pat-downs were utterly ineffective at finding hidden weapons.

PHD Doctor Fired, Jailed and Broke For Proof of Vaccine Injuries
In one of the most shocking science videos you’ll see this year, molecular biologist Judy A. Mikovits, PhD, reveals the disturbing true story of how she was thrown in prison for blowing the whistle on deadly viral contamination of human vaccines.
With a well established history of working for the National Cancer Institute as a cancer research, Dr. Mikovits worked with human retroviruses like HIV. Her work focused on immunotherapy research and involved HIV.
In 2009, she was working on autism and related neurological diseases. She found that many of the study subjects has cancer, motor-neuron disorders and chronic fatigue Syndrome (CFS). She believed a virus may have been responsible for these symptoms, and through her research, she isolated the viruses that turned out to come from mice.
She soon realized that these protein and viral contaminants were being introduced into the human population via contaminated vaccines. “Twenty-five million Americans are infected with the viruses that came out of the lab… into the humans via contaminated blood and vaccines.”
In response to this discovery, she was fired from her job, indicted, prosecuted, jailed and ordered to retract her research and publicly claim she “made it all up.”
She refused to cover up the scientific evidence and was targeted and punished by the “vaccine deep state” establishment.
She was actually thrown in prison. “Just dragged out of my house in shackles… I refused to denounce the data… we have the data… they basically said tell everybody you made it all up and you can go home. If you don’t, we’ll destroy you. And they did.”
This is what modern “science” has come to.

That subject line could be from today, but it was 51 years ago—June 8, 1967—when Israel did attack an unarmed and unarmored U.S. Navy ship in international waters, the USS Liberty (AGTR-5), killing 34 and wounding 174.
The only major difference is that the rescue aircraft—scrambled from two U.S. aircraft carriers around 15 minutes flying-time away from the Liberty—were recalled twice, first by the U.S. Secretary of Defense, and then by U.S. President Lyndon B. Johnson.
The Liberty was forced to languish for nearly 18 hours before the U.S. Sixth Fleet was allowed to assist the stricken vessel and its crew.
You know little or nothing about this because they don’t want you to know, they being not just Israel, but the U.S. government, who instituted and still maintains this cover-up.
Incredibly, the Liberty and her crew are the most decorated in U.S. Navy history for a single engagement, a fact every American schoolchild should know, but they’re not allowed to know, as “they” have erased this history from our books and movies, and defaced the men who were forced to endure the massacre.
The attack was—says Liberty survivor Phil Tourney—not just an attack against his ship and the U.S. Navy, but an attack against every American—past, present and future.
It was an act of war. And Israel was allowed to walk away, scot-free, the consequences of which the world is still suffering from today.

In an email Tuesday night, former Congressman and presidential candidate Ron Paul released an ominous statement claiming that a source they have in the Senate revealed Democrats are teaming up with Republicans to push through a massive gun control bill.
According to their source, as Paul explained, “Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) are teaming up with Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) to ram through one of the worst nationwide gun confiscation schemes ever devised.”
The gun confiscation bill, according to Paul, is designed to disarm Americans without any due process. The senators are using the recent tragic shooting in Texas as the impetus behind the law—in spite of the fact that this law would not have prevented the shooting at all.
As the Free Thought Project has previously reported, some states have already begun implementing laws like this one. Using mass shootings as a their ammunition, states have enacted “Red Flag” or “Risk Protection” laws which allow police to confiscate a person’s weapon before they are ever given a chance to defend themselves.
In both of the gun confiscation cases reported by TFTP, neither of the two men were suspected of committing a crime, nor had they committed a crime.
Under the fifth and fourteenth amendments, due process clauses are in place to act as a safeguard from arbitrary denial of life, liberty, or property by the government outside the sanction of law. What’s more, neither of the men were granted their sixth amendment rights to be confronted with the witnesses against them. In both cases, simple orders—under new laws—were issued, arguably arbitrarily, which stripped these two men of their property.
While the nations sleep, history has shown us that tyrants, kings, monarchies, oligarchies, and dictators have repeatedly abused their subjects, young and old, and in many ways, systematically sought to maintain their royal power and authority no matter what the cost. The initial abuse in the beginning went unnoticed because of cover ups and censorship but then later surfaces in the form of oppression, prison, fines, over taxation, corrupt judges, property takings, invasion of privacy, state-run news outlets, and thousands of laws and regulatory policies that continues to benefit the government yet not the people.
Now then, in America’s present day ideology of a “Republic”, the term is meant to give a country and its people “true” representation, that is worthy as being a voice of the people and not special interests. And since departing from Great Britain in 1776, the American people who contested the authoritarian regime of King George III had hopes for a better life with regard to freedom and basic needs.
So, while, America and other nations through the centuries embraced “better” government by the people, elected leaders began to cater to corporate elite’s, organizations, lobbyists and their own star-studded centralized bureaucracy. And although the voice from the people was the original intention, America began to fall from grace to powerful elite forces that rule behind the scenes… Deep State anybody?
Consequently, while America still has the appearance of a Republic and being represented by Congress and State “representatives”, the bigger picture reveals that certain players in America and also other world governments are on a mission to destroy freedom and nationalism in exchange for globalism, the redistribution of the wealth, political correctness, persuasion, propaganda, legalism, socialism and other forms of a highly oppressive, centralized bureaucratic process, which fully departed from the Constitutional framework fashioned by the founders. So, how will “we the people” stop the present runaway train in its tracks and unload the luggage that binds the people?
