The Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act (S.3804) was introduced in the Senate Judiciary Committee and shilled to “. . .stop online piracy. “

There’s a full court press on against the Internet with Senate Bill 3804; another thinly veiled attempt to regulate and control the Web’s content to “protect” us that would open the door for ‘Net news orgs. and  blogs to come under watchful wonk eyes already at work at major MSM outlets like the New York Times and London Guardian as reader comment censors. 

Gosh, Mr. Bill, how will we find incriminating statements, videos, and investigative pieces about the vampires sucking the globe dry if they succeed in censoring the ‘Net? 

Wait! I know! Maybe newspapers and magazines will investigate and print these things? No? 

Well then our network and cable television channels will show clips and videos, just like they do on YouTube! No? 

You mean S. 3804’s attempt at controlling the net will be used like a giant digital eraser. . .and. . . “sensitive or disruptive things” could be gone? Just like that? Like, any lying, thieving, cheating, corrupt elected official can now be made “squeaky clean” on the net and the marionettes who control them can disappear into the shadows again? Like that? 

Senate Bill 3804 is a disaster; a free speech attack no lucid person can defend.

You can be like me and others who love the New World Order. We have spent years and years watching television for our daily downloads. We enjoy the fluoride in our water and the mercury in our vaccines. We eat genetically modified food. Many of our kids have autism. This makes them very special.

We like to take our orders from the control freaks in Washington. They love us and just like parents, they always know what is best for their little sheep. We love our rulers who attend meetings at the Council on Foreign Relations and Bilderberg. We love being world citizens and worshiping the earth. Carbon Dioxide is very bad and must be destroyed. We love Al Gore. I call him Papa Gore. “Yes Carbon Dioxide is really bad for you son,” he said to me with a wise smile. I think he will be President of the new World Government.

We do not like anyone to protest our government authorities. Protesters should always be tased and arrested – or perhaps kidnapped by the military. Even our children should be policed. Learning what our rulers want us to say and repeating it, is our freedom of speech. You are not free to say hurtful things. Hate speech is a form of free speech and must be deterred in the New World Order.

We understand that for our safety and to protect mother earth from our wickedness we must have regular home inspections. Allowing others to control and tax you is freedom. 

Naked body scanners are also important for the safety of our proud nation and her proud people. Regular injections of mercury and cancer viruses are very unobtrusive and will lead us on our path of sustainability. Soon it will be our patriotic duty to implant the brain chip in all great Americans. The New World Order says the mark of the beast is good.

Reno NV (July 29, 2010)—Tuesday Judge Hicks refused to hear Laura Leigh’s motion for contempt against the BLM who denied her access to view the Owyhee/Tuscarora roundup that ended July 20th.  Earlier, on July 16, 2010, the court ruled to honor Leigh’s First Amendment rights, emphasizing her right to view the roundup in Elko Country, northeastern Nevada. 

“If the court refuses to listen to new arguments, then Secretary Salazar’s rogue agency—the BLM—is literally accountable to no one,” states Leigh, Director of Herd Watch, a Cloud Foundation program.

My Guest this week is Anisha Dunne, the Minnesota State Coordinator for the Articles of Freedom. The Articles of Freedom are the works of a gathering of citizens who came together at a Continental Congress that was held in November of 2009 in Illinois with the help of the ‘We the People Foundation.’ The WTPF spent the last 14 years petitioning our government for redress of grievances of 14 different violations of the Constitution under the First Amendment Rights and were met continuously with contempt and injury by our federal government. The U.S. Supreme Court would not even allow the evidence to be brought forward for the record and WTPF were told they had ‘no standing’ in these cases. Obama Wants to Jail Americans with New Law

Foreign Ministry reports circulating in the Kremlin today are warning that an already explosive situation in the United States is about to get a whole lot worse as a new law put forth by President Obama is said capable of seeing up to 500,000 American citizens jailed for the crime of opposing their government.

Sparking the concern of Russian diplomats over the growing totalitarian bent of the Obama government is the planned reintroduction of what these reports call one of the most draconian laws ever introduced in a free society that is titled “The Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act”.

First introduced in the US Congress in 2007 by Democratic Representative Jane Harmon, this new law passed the US House of Representatives by a secretive voice vote, but failed to pass the US Senate, after which it was believed dead until this past week when it was embraced by Obama who became the first American President to name his own citizens as a threat to his Nations security.

Five Morgan Hill students sent home for wearing American flag T-shirts

Four Live Oak High School students’ First Amendment rights were challenged Wednesday morning when they were asked to leave school because they donned American flag T-shirts on Cinco de Mayo. Officials at the school chose not to comment on the situation, but one student said an official called the T-shirts “incendiary.”

“They said we were starting a fight, we were fuel to the fire,” said sophomore Matt Dariano.

Fighting for Liberty = Terrorism

Well, according to the goons at London’s Gatwick Airport, fighting for liberty is now officially recognized as “terrorism.” A young man wearing a T-shirt sporting the slogan, “Freedom or Death” was told to cover his shirt because the slogan was “threatening” and “an incitement to terrorism.” That’s how far things have gone in the UK, now, and it’s looking more and more like we’re not very far behind. This makes me wonder how long it will be before the state of New Hampshire is forced to change its state motto (“Live free or die”). Actually, it’s already been suggested.

When expressions of the values our nation was founded upon become “an incitement to terrorism” and we must watch what we write or say for fear of being labeled as “terrorists,” we are already living in a police state, folks. Whether there are troops in the streets with guard dogs or not makes no difference; the effect is the same: a loss of fundamental liberty. In fact, I would say that we are living in a far more effective police state by virtue of the fact that the troops and guard dogs are not needed in order to keep us in line. We have become so spineless that just the implied threat of a government crackdown is enough to silence most people, these days.

“You have condoned and encouraged the suppression of free speech, the right to bear arms, the right to peaceably assemble, the right to be secure in our papers, persons and property and these assaults on our freedom are non-stop.  From every corner, from every possible venue you attack us.  You create false crises’ and false remedies all the while threatening us with attacks from someone “over there” when it is you we need to fear.

I would like to demand the presence of every senator, every representative so that I may enumerate my grievances while looking you in your faces, and for as much time as I may consume……and of course…… for other purposes.

Please be seated and end all your conversations; the doors are locked and you will not be allowed to meander outside chattering in your attempts to display your contempt for my presence here today.  Now sit down, shut your mouths and listen!

Now that all of you are seated I intend to bring to your attention many of the issues, the policies and laws that have been implemented by both your chambers, by both of the two major parties that have aggravated me greatly along with millions of other Americans.  You refused to listen when we called your offices; you cast aside without looking at, the petitions we heaped upon your desks with millions of signatures demanding that you not proceed with some piece of political quackery, and you proceeded to act as if you owed no amount of loyalty or concern to the people whose lives your actions were going to affect directly and immediately.  Today, I will attempt to highlight some of the most egregious actions having occurred in the last eight years and continuing into this new administration.

Pentagon report suggests hacking blogs, changing messages and destroying the writers credibility is what this covert program is about.  COINTELPRO is alive and well.  These agents who now work out of the Office of Information set up by Donald Rumsfeld through the pentagon spend their days crawling the net with no other intent than to entrap, derail or insert misinformation into blogs.  This gross infringement of the 1st Amendment will be greatly expanded under the CyberSecurity Act of 2009.

Mr. GONZALEZ. Mr. Speaker, I continue on the subject matters that I have been discussing for some years, but with particular relevancy on two major concerns as a Member and also now as the chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs. This could be said to be about thievery in high places, national and international.

 

Before I go into that I want to sum up, for the sake of understanding and clarity, the limitations as well as the jurisdiction of the Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs. I also happen to be the chairman of the Subcommittee on Housing and Community Development.

The average citizen, and I would almost hazard to say the average Member of Congress, and not members of these committees in either the House or the Senate, would conclude that the Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs has jurisdiction on matters that would seem obvious and commonsense to have jurisdiction, but we do not. As a matter of fact, there are areas of activity that I think the average citizen who reads his Constitution would absolutely conclude that the Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs of the House had jurisdiction, but it does not. Such things, for instance, as the constitutional mandate–not a privilege, it is a mandate–that the Congress control the purse, Treasury; that it also set and determine the value of its coinage or currency, as we say nowadays.

However, that is not really so, through a variety of things that I have discussed on prior occasions and only will sum up; for example, in the matter of affixing the value of the money and coins thereof, that was long abdicated by the Congress after the passage of the Federal Reserve Board Act of 1913 and the creation within the activities of that board of such a thing as the Open Market Committee.
