The last two weeks have seen some of the most unethical, deceptive, manipulative and outright traitorous actions by both the House and the Senate. With “Dirty Harry” Reid (D) NV leading the traitors charge, every rule was broken, every trick was used, every deception was employed to force the passage of S.510 against the will of the people, most of whom recognized this hostile takeover of agriculture for what it was.
________________________________________________
Well! Just in time for the rigged “vote” on the fake food safety bills in the House and Senate, CBS news claimed that terrorists…..in a place far, far away….were planning to poison food in hotels and restaurants in the United States.
(CBS) In this exclusive story, CBS News chief investigative correspondent Armen Keteyian reports the latest terror attack to America involves the possible use of poisons – simultaneous attacks targeting hotels and restaurants at many locations over a single weekend.
A key Intelligence source has confirmed the threat as “credible.” Department of Homeland Security officials, along with members of the Department of Agriculture and the FDA, have briefed a small group of corporate security officers from the hotel and restaurant industries about it.
Most likely if any terrorists had been planning on poisoning the food in hotels and restaurants, their rooms would be paid for by Homeland Security or FDA/USDA. Its highly unlikely and very improbable that any such threat ever existed.
A key intelligence source was most likely the agent who called CBS news to get their co-operation in planting this story just prior to the last ditch effort to pass the unconstitutional assault on food production and supply, S.510. Leave it to Lame Stream Media to do their part in “crisis creation”. Works every time. Just prior to every rights robbing assault on America, the media joins with “intelligence sources” to float some bogus report meant to scare us into compliance. The FDA and USDA jumped into the fray to flex their newly empowered over-reaching, unlawful authority.
And here’s how “Dirty Harry” pulled off the hostile takeover of agriculture By Fred Kelly Grant | December 21, 2010
“Then, on the floor of the Senate in the late afternoon, early evening of Sunday, December 19, Senator Reid called the Recycling bill for a vote and there was no objection from the two other Senators who were on the floor. So by unanimous consent HR 2751 was passed. Then Senator Reid moved for reconsideration with the vote to be tabled. This was granted by the same unanimous consent because there was no other Senator on the floor. Then Senator Reid offered without objection amendment number 4890 which substituted S. 510 the Food Safety Bill for the Recycling Bill. Without objection, then the amendment was passed and the Food Safety Bill had been substituted for the Recycling Bill. Reid moved that the bill be read for the third time and asked for the question. Without objection, the bill passed, and the Food Safety Bill was on the way back to the House.”
As if it isn’t bad enough that we cannot trust either the government nor the media to relay anything remotely resembling the truth about anything whatsoever, the national groups and organizations who claim to be defending and looking out for consumers, farmers and ranchers…many times the same groups who take grant money (contracts) and avail themselves of numerous cash sources from the government in addition to their pay pal buttons, have bounded onto the net assuring everyone that the passage of S.510 is somehow now…kind of a good deal. Multiple emails from individuals who have made a living off the misery and fear of those already being targeted in advance by the FDA agricultural Gestapo are landing on the net faster than you can say…”I worked for the government all along!”
Coming on the heels of S.510 the hostile takeover of Agriculture, is the “America’s Great Outdoors bill of 2010”…..the hostile takeover of land, water, mineral, mining, timber and whatever other resources that belong to the states, now to be owned and operated by the federal government and any number of its privately owned sub-corporations that masquerade as “public service” agencies.
Just in time to squelch the outrage over these acts of aggression against the people, comes also the new rulings from the FCC which will end net neutrality. The days of the free internet and the free flow of information are about to come to a halt.
In just two years they have taken over healthcare, food production and distribution, trampled on free speech, spied on us relentlessly and unlawfully. They read our emails, our snail mail, listen into our phone calls, and keep records of virtually and absolutely every single thing they can find out about each and every one of us.
The raid on Rawsome Foods in California saw Canadian agents accompanying California agents in this raid. Excuse me: But wouldn’t this qualify as a act of terrorism by a foreign agent?
While an estimated 22 million middle class workers could find no work our government allowed 2 million to be held for ransom until tax cuts for the upper 3% were extended. Claiming these are the people who create jobs, no one in either house mentioned the loss of 600,000 manufacturing jobs since 2002 when the rich got the first round of undeserved cuts. No one argued on the floor of either house that the cuts had precipitated the largest wholesale flight out of the country by corporations and investors and into slave labor markets. Never was it mentioned that businesses had routinely closed up overnight and moved offshore….along with wealth accounts stashed in offshore tax-free havens. Mums the word on that.
We saw Obama agree to a treaty with South Korea which will cause the loss of 179,000 jobs over five years according the US International Trade Commission, and this treaty will again hold the rights of the corporation or investor above those of the individual, community or state, just as NAFTA/CAFTA does.
We have seen the Supreme Court give corporations the right to influence elections to such an extent that they virtually do buy politicians. We have also seen this same court rule repeatedly in favor of corporations and against the rights of the people in regards to land, property ownership, and the intentional contamination of land and crops by gmo bio-pirates.
We have had to fight repeatedly to keep “Dirty Harry” from passing amnesty for illegal immigrants and from providing special educational funds for the children of illegal immigrants while many of our own children were denied advanced education or were faced with tens of thousands of dollars in costs associated with trying to obtain a college degree. This special provision for the children of illegal’s would have resulted in a backdoor amnesty not only for the student but also for the entire family.
Our border remains wide open and the drug wars grow with each passing day. The “America’s Great Outdoors Act” will seize thousands of acres of land along that border which will then make it off limits for the border patrol and turn these areas into busy drug routes and illegal immigration will kick into high gear.
We have been attacked from every angle by our own government. Our elected representatives and senators do not listen to us, do not care what we think or what we do or do not want. We are ignored as both state and federal governments move repeatedly against the people. This isn’t a case of the right vs left, the Democrats vs. Republicans or liberal vs conservative. It is a matter of them against us. Every Republican jumped right in with the Democrats and voted against the country and in favor of their corporate donors in every instance, and so did those Tea Party’ers who were going to shake things up!
We are under siege, only it isn’t coming from someone “over there” in some country far away. It isn’t coming from foreign terrorists who hate us for our freedoms. Its coming from the District of Criminals. It is those in this district that hate us and who see our freedom as a threat to their existence.
How much more do we have to forfeit, how many more of our rights will be taken away before we stand up and say “enough”! We are under attack and it isn’t some nameless unidentifiable, unknown source that is wanting to harm us: its our own government.

However..
Codex is very clear on the hygene, production and testing practices that have found over many years of debate to be best practices, but I have yet to find the reference to raw drinking milk hygene and testing levels.
We do have someone in Belgium who has worked on Codex for most of his professional career in the dairy area of Codex and I plan to ask him for any references on raw drinking milk that I cannot find.
In my research and countless pages of Codex I have not seen any reference to screening milk skim or other wise but I have never looked in the pastuerization practice and standards sections of Codex.
I can look and let you know, may take a bit of searching, it was not
written in english so translation can be a bit sketchy for key words.
One point on on farm sales, take it if it comes along….one can always
revisit the bill and expand on current sales and availability in a few years as you get more consumers.
Baby steps are better than shooting for the moon.
I would also suggest start testing on all raw milk farms yesterday to
create a trail of clean milk for future references, and if something happens on a non testing farm to create the difference between a farm that cares and one that may be in it only for the money.

Tim, does the Codex definition of “raw drinking milk” include a definition of the term which excludes heat treatment and ultra-filtration? While the use of these technologies is inevitable, milk produced using those technologies is not the same thing as real raw milk, and should be labelled differently to inform consumers and ensure truth in labelling.

Hi All..
One should also think about the term “raw drinking milk”.
This term is used in the Codex to define what we are talking about here. There should be by the end of the year a solid draft for National
Standards for the production of Raw Drinking Milk which may be of help in Wi. to set the standards within the new bill.
These standards are being created by a committee representing the Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund, Farm to Consumer Foundation, RMAC, and Cow Share Canada.
Also is there any assurance that we have the New Governors support this time?
Last time I heard Doyle was in the pocket of this group which later turned out to be false.
On another note there is a good possiblity that there will be a Raw Milk symposium in St Paul at the end of January, I will keep you all posted.

Is it conceivable that the organizations supporting the Tester Hagan amendment and their subsequent support of the Food Safety Modernization Act acted on their own behalf to deliver a means to an end?
We find within the Act the answer:
(n ) Regulations
(1) IN GENERAL.—Not later than 18 months after the date of enactment of the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act, the Secretary shall promulgate regulations—
(A)to establish science based minimum standards for conducting a hazard analysis, documenting hazards, implementing preventive controls, and documenting the implementation of the preventive
controls under this section;
(3) CONTENT.— The regulations promulgated under paragraph (1)(A )shall–
(D) not require a facility to hire a consultant or other third party to identify, implement, certify, or audit preventative controls, except in case of negotiated enforcement resolutions that may require such a consultant or third party.
(5) REVIEW.— In promulgating the regulations under paragraph (1)(A),
the Secretary shall review regulatory hazard analysis and preventative control of programs in existence on the date of enactment of the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act, including the Grade “A” pasteurized Milk Ordinance to ensure that such regulations are consistent, to the extent practicable, with applicable domestic and internationally recognized standards in existence on such date.
Herein lies the explanation as to why these groups now move for codex standards for raw milk as they knew full well the Act would empower the Secretary to review milk standards and establish third party certifiers for enforcement resolutions.
This is why these groups deceived so many, it was for their own benefit and they knew full well and in advance it would be so and they cannot claim they know not what they did.

I can agree with all of you on some points but not with everything. If we were lazy and uninformed I guess we would not be here. The choice of voting for one of two devil’s is correct, though I really don’t believe that we have a fair election with electronic voting machines. It should be law that there is on the ballots a choice between three or four different parties instead of these two that is always the only choices. It does not matters which side gets elected, they are actually the same, just under different names. John is right that this country needs to return to the True and Living God. The scriptures do say, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” Now, if we could only get people to understand that, then all those people that are out to kill, steal and destroy (politicians, presidents, and all of his czars) would flee for those underground bunkers that they built for themselves with all of those so-called missing trillions. – That is a nice dream, but we have 308 million here in the US and we are still deeply divided by faith, or no faith, race, rich or poor or in between and those whom no matter what – just don’t care. Those are the ones that say it is easier to just float down stream with the rest of the dead fish then to try to swim against the current. I like Daniel’s idea, but again can we get the rest of these taxpayers to go along with that? Whatever we do that is against the desires of this present regime, we must keep in mind that they will react with the force of organized crime on a government level using the corrupted national police force and that of trained non-American forces already in place for such a time. I read the article ‘somber one’ mentions and added those four state up to be 2,300,000 Armed individuals. I also left a comment there about the number and expecting that because just four states with that many Armed people then adding the other 44 would add up to over 25,000,000 people Armed in the US, I believe the number is a lot higher then my estimate, that is why they just have not pushed that last button to or you might say the feather that broke the camels back. It does seem that this group of people commenting here know what is going on. It would be nice if there were an opportunity for like minded people to be able to keep a conversation going on some site without those that come in and start labeling the others with childish labels, but I know of no such site other then this one. You can see I want to talk about a number of things and I am interested in understanding more from other view points. That might, I said might, keep me from being arrogant thinking I know all that needs to be known. Merry Christmas. Let’s pray that we are wise and watchful through 2011 and are able to keep the president and his men under control.

All the states need to do is to pass legislation making all “federal” laws null and void, and unenforceable within their borders, and arrest any “federal” agents found trying to enforce those laws. Throw them in jail without trial, and see how they like their own game being played on them.
These people in DC are psychopathic scum, and not one of them could ever actually prove that they were elected. Never mind that the CONstitution is not, and never has been, legally binding on anybody.
Every state legislature should immediately declare their eternal independence from this criminal syndicate, made up of puppets with Zionist fists up their asses and Zionist bar codes on their asses.

Election Day in the United States is simply the time when the Powers That Be are taking a poll — or a survey — just to see what people are thinking. That’s all. American citizens don’t actually have a vote when it comes to Presidential elections. And so no President has ever been elected by popular vote, despite what the common herd might think. Besides the one elected and not actually Selected is just the president of the CORPORATION (group of CORPSES…Also: Something made up in the minds of a few men)…Check the cemetery to see the ALL CAPITALIZED CORPSES there, just like that which is on your driver’s license, social security card, any credit card, court documents, so-called bill, etc…ALL DEAD!!!

And THAT is why the TSA Goon Squads are groping our JUNK at the airports suspecting that we are “terrorists.” Oh! But wait! Silly me! I forgot to mention that the TSA SS Goons also are singing Xmas carols at LAX just as the Nazi Brown Shirts did in the train stations under Hitler! 🙂
I’d agree with the one remark here that says we the people are to blame for putting these jokers into office, however, that is highly questionable as what really puts these morons in office is big corporate money! But, on the other hand, We The People have slept too long I fear and now we are paying the price!

I don’t spend my fall weekends tramping around the woods in pursuit of a buck, but a lot of my friends and neighbors do.
This blogger adds up all the hunters in just a handful of states, and comes to a striking conclusion:
The state of Wisconsin has gone an entire deer hunting season without someone getting killed. That’s great. There were over 600,000 hunters.
Allow me to restate that number. Over the last two months, the eighth largest army in the world – more men under arms than Iran ; more than France and Germany combined – deployed to the woods of a single American state to help keep the deer menace at bay.
But that pales in comparison to the 750,000 who are in the woods of Pennsylvania this week. Michigan ‘s 700,000 hunters have now returned home. Toss in a quarter million hunters in West Virginia , and it is literally the case that the hunters of those four states alone would comprise the largest army in the world.
His point? America will forever be safe from foreign invasion with that kind of home-grown firepower.
Hunting — it’s not just a way to fill the freezer. It’s a matter of national security.
Do we all understand where I’m coming from folks?

@jeanette3654 — Whoa, are you brainwashed! You’re thinking exactly like they want you to think — blaming ourselves instead of them. We don’t elect anybody of importance, we simply choose between the choices we are given, which are almost always of the “lesser of two evils” variety. We are ignorant, but that’s by their design, not ours. The organized sociopaths run the world, and we didn’t put them there. They managed it on their own cunning, and they maintain it through secrecy and criminal activity. We would crush them if we knew what they were doing and could get ourselves organized, but they won’t allow that to happen. Their survival depends on it.

“Since Monday, StandWithUs Northwest’s TERRORIST CULT MEMBERS and Seattle lay leadership have been on the phones, calling King County Council members, threatening them in a very “JEWISH” way to oppose the TRUTH of the anti-TERRORIST ad.”

“As a result of your emails and calls, and calls from other cult members and dung doodling leaders, we know that at least three King County Council members have publicly come out in opposition to Metro running the ad. The first to speak out was Council member Peter von Reichbauer. Yesterday both Council members Reagan Dunn and Jeanne Hague also came out very strongly with statements opposing the ad.”
StandWithUs also succeeded in having a ‘stuffed’ poll on the subject of the advertisements pulled from the Internet. KING 5 TV, which first broke the story, had an on-line poll on whether or not Metro should carry the ads. “It very quickly became the most visited page on their website, with tens of thousands of people voting. Blogs across the country directed people to vote in the poll. By Monday evening, slightly more than 50 percent of the votes were against Metro running the ad. Then, between late Monday evening and early Tuesday morning, more than 15,000 nearly unanswered ‘yes’ votes came piling in, supporting Metro running the ads.”

Better wake up folks! To all you racist pro-illegal immigrant communists: why should we import poverty? Why am I the illegal aliens keeper? What about the environment? If illegal immigration and immigrants are so great why don’t they stay home and fix their own countries? If we are so “racist” towards them why do so many try to come here?
As a FORMER Catholic myself I say, tax the church and make them pay for their part in this and destroying our country through their efforts. Then arrest the church hierarchy for their part and try them for treason, the black get up and white collar just means their are suspects, not “holy” men. Since when are priests shielded from the law? Treason is treason.
ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION IS TERRORISM!!!!!!!!
Census: Population Up 27 Million in Just 10 Years
Immigration Drives Huge Increase; Since 1980, Population Up 82 million, Equal to Calif., Texas & N.Y.
The Census Bureau statistics shows we are on track to add 130 million more people to the U.S. population in the just the next 40 years, primarily due to future immigration.

Only two other senators were present during this unamimous consent. Several Senate rules were violated, suspended, over turned and otherwise ignored.

One should do a bit of research before writing such a long tirade :-). It’s not so hard since congressional action is all recorded in the Congressional Record and other sources, and is even available on line.
What happened on Dec. 21 is that Reid got the Senate to pass the conference committee changes to Senate Bill 510. The Bill was actually passed by the Senate on November 30, 2010 by a vote of 73-25.
While I am not completely sure, I do believe that conference committee changes are frequently approved in this manner. If you want to use this as an example of a power grab or unethical conduct, you should first study and understand how conference committee reconciliations are generally passed by the Senate, and second, if this case was such an egregious departure from this practice as your editorial claims.
Again, the main point is, the Bill had already passed 73-25, which is quite a large margin.
On conference committees generally, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_congressional_conference_committee .

Congress is the opposite of progress!!! I think the biggest thing here that we have to wake up to and realize is that all of the countries, cities, states, persons, etc…are ALL CORPORATIONS and under corporate contract law “you do not have to legally do business with any corporation that you do not want to!!!”…People need to stop acting like they are our legal governments and see them for wtf they really are …CORPORATIONS!!!…And I choose not to do business with them….Simple as that…That’s why they keep trying to illegally contract with us!!! Where their is no contract, their is NO CASE!!! We also need to realize that CORPORATIONS cannot be LAW nor GOVERNMENT!!!!! We are all living under fictitious fake law and governments and people need to wake up!!!!! This is why they do not want people to know anything about law because it uncovers all of the illusions.

They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle. Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will.”
– Frederick Douglass, African-American abolitionist
