4 Years After CDC Whistleblower Comes Forward: Nothing Happens

It was four years ago, August 2014, that a senior CDC scientist—Dr. William Thompson–claimed whistleblower protection by claiming that the CDC had committed fraud by hiding and manipulating data that showed the MMR vaccine was associated with a higher risk of autism. In August, 2014, I wrote, “Now, there may be proof that the CDC not only knew about the link between the MMR vaccine and autism but they changed the data in a landmark 2004 study to hide the damning data. What did the heads of the CDC do when they were notified of this fraud? They altered the data and reported in 2004 (1) that there was no association between autism and the MMR vaccine. Who wrote this article? William Thompson, PhD, the very same whistleblower, was one of the authors of that 2004 study. Dr. Thompson claimed he was suffering with regret and remorse over the damage that has been done to our children over the last ten years.”
According to the CDC, we are currently suffering through an exponential increase in autism since the 1970s. In 1970, the autism rate was 1 in 10,000. In 2018, the rate of autism epidemically increased to 1 in 59 children. That is a 169-fold increase in autism in U.S. children over nearly 50 years!…
Folks, The United States of American simply cannot survive if 1 in 59 of our children is being diagnosed with autism. More

Veterans in Support of VA Whistleblower Dr. Klein Friday May 12
Tampa, FL – May 9, 2017. Veterans groups and supporters will gather for a national press conference and rally in Poplar Bluff, Missouri at Noon on Friday, May 12th to demonstrate support for VA Whistleblowers across the country.
Honorary invitees in support of our Veterans include: Senator Ron Johnson, Senator Claire McCaskill, Senator Roy Blunt, Congressman Jason Smith, Senator Johnny Isakson and Senator Jon Tester.
VA Whistleblower speakers include: Brandon Coleman, Phoenix VA, and Germaine Clarno, Chicago Hines VA.
The crisis in Veterans healthcare and disability benefits has been covered extensively on national news networks including a recent Fox News interview with Dr. Klein, a VA whistleblower from Poplar Bluff, Missouri whose concerns for patients not having access to care drove him to speak up on their behalf. Now Dr. Klein needs Veterans to show their support for him.
On April 27, President Trump signed a new Executive Order creating the Office of Accountability and Whistleblower Protection to report to Secretary Shulkin as a means of improving conditions at the VA, protect VA whistleblowers, and hold those responsible accountable. The President gave VA 45 days to establish the office and appoint an Executive Director, but no known action has taken place. Dr. Klein was hopeful that the President’s involvement would help him keep his job and allow him to again see patients suffering in pain. On Friday, May 12, Dr. Klein’s Stay Order issued by the Merits Systems Protection Board will expire and Veterans will likely lose another advocate.

Pershing VA hospital, on Friday May 12. Organizers emphasize that the demonstration will follow all laws and will not disrupt any VA activities or anyone coming to or leaving the hospital.
