   Democracy or a Republic:  Why America is Neither

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      America is neither a democracy nor a Republic.  It is because in a Democracy or a “representative” Republic, laws will not be affected by corporate elite’s or nonprofit institutional lobbyists, but the country will be fashioned to benefit the people, their life, liberty, and their pursuit of happiness.  If those framers of our Constitution had foresaw the collateral damage that would have arose out of the ashes because of those high rollers of industry, non profits and other treasonous, sinister players within America’s deep state, they would have placed mechanisms within the framework of the Constitution to prevent their concentration of power and sought to protect the people from the present corruption, but also the web of hi-tech surveillance that is already here and is rapidly increasing which will come in the form of a 5G electronic worldwide, wireless network to where more
speed, bondage and intrusion of ones privacy will transpire and freedom will erode.
    Example:  Are the people ready for a car which they may be driving that will automatically send a signal to a police car alerting the officer if your seat belt is attached or not?
While the Republicans continue their state-by-state assault on alternative healthcare, Massachusettes has begun fining business owners who hire teenagers for NOT insuring them through their businesses.  These  kids are all insured by their parents and even if the owner were to insure them, only the parents policy would cover claims.
“April 11, 2011
A local fast food employer, employing 45-15 and 16 year old’s who already have health insurance through individual family plans is being fined by the state of Massachusetts. The fine is for not insuring them through his business.
The penalty was $5700.00, roughly, which came after his last appeal failed. The owner is now looking for an outlet to expose the burden of mandated health care. He is willing to speak to anyone who his the means to further publicize his story.
He presented his case live today, April 11, 2011 on the Ed Lambert morning talk show on WXTK, 95.1 FM radio out of Barnstable, Massachusetts. The owner identified himself as Tom, owner of the Kool-Kone located at 374 Marion Road, Wareham, Massachusetts, phone # 508-295-6638.”
As a side note it was told to me from a trusted source that this fine could have been worse. Well, right, that is one way to spin it. Then they asked if the owner had thought of hiring those over 65.
In reading this “companion bill” to S.510, one has to wonder:
Isn’t this Rosa Delauro’s HR 875 come to life?  Fines imprisonment and all?
Does this mean the FDA is actually going to force the labeling of genetically modified contaminated foods?
Would not the inclusion of substantially altered food products, alterations which were so diverse a patent was issued on them…..wouldn’t these qualify as misbranded and adulterated if the label does not specify what genetic alterations had been made and how much of the product on the shelf was made up of unnatural food-like creations?
Would the selling of cloned meats also qualify for misbranded and adulterated if the label does not state the product is the result of cloning? That the meat does not come from natural processes?
Will labels on meat and dairy products now state that they contain the residuals from antibiotics, vaccines and hormones? What about the labels on grain products?  Will the labels now list the level of residual herbicides and pesticides present in the finished food-like product?
Will labels now include the information that eating genetically altered food could harm your health and that independent studies have shown damage to internal organs, fertility and DNA may result from consuming genetically altered food-like products?
Will gene slicing between plants and animals now be indicated on labels?  Will we know, for example, if the strawberry’s that look so appetizing are really just strawberry’s, or, are they a combination of strawberry and swine? Will the label now read “Pigberry’s”?  I’d like to know! More
Taking Back the Money Power: How Hidden Pools of Government Money Could Help Save the Economy
For over a decade, accountant Walter Burien has been trying to rouse the public over what he contends is a massive conspiracy and cover-up, involving trillions of dollars squirreled away in funds maintained at every level of government. His numbers may be disputed, but these funds definitely exist, as evidenced by the Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFRs) required of every government agency. If they don’t represent a concerted government conspiracy, what are they for? And how can they be harnessed more efficiently to help allay the financial crises of state and local governments?
The Elusive CAFR Money
Burien is a former commodity trading adviser who has spent many years peering into government books. He notes that the government is composed of 54,000 different state, county, and local government entities, including school districts, public authorities, and the like; and that these entities all keep their financial assets in liquid investment funds, bond financing accounts and corporate stock portfolios. The only income that must be reported in government budgets is that from taxes, fines and fees; but the investments of government entities can be found in official annual reports (CAFRs), which must be filed with the federal government by local, county and state governments. These annual reports show that virtually every U.S. city, county, and state has vast amounts of money stashed away in surplus funds. Burien maintains that these slush funds have been kept concealed from taxpayers, even as taxes are being raised and citizens are being told to expect fewer government services. More
This is the violence with which you have threatened me if I do not bow to your dictates
If I somehow manage to resist either buying your mandated insurance policies, or paying the fines you would impose on me, then eventually policemen with guns will show up at my door to kidnap me and imprison me. If I resist then these agents will draw their guns, and point them at me. If I attempt to defend myself then they will shoot me.
Most DC Downsizers advocate non-violence. We oppose the initiation of force, and call for prudence even in the use of retaliatory force. We therefore . . .
* Condemn recent threats and acts of violence against Congressional offices because of the healthcare bill
* And urge Congress to likewise condemn and reject the threats and violence contained in the healthcare bill itself
    Summary of Obama/Reid healthcare bill by Michael Connelly:
    It places control of our personal health care decisions in the hands of unnamed Federal Bureaucrats who care nothing about us or our individual needs. It provides instant access for these same bureaucrats to see our medical and financial information, it massively increases our taxes and ultimately our insurance premiums, and it reduces our access to the health care that we need. It takes away our choices and our personal freedoms and it increases the Federal deficit that will eventually land on the backs of our children and grandchildren.     Massachusetts plans to quarantine, fine and imprison those who refuse vaccines
    2 Comments
    It seems Massachusetts is the epicenter for the coup taking place by the federal government.  As one of the most compliant and facilitating state governments,  it appears there is no Constitutional right or liberty; no abridgement of the Constitution this state’s legislature will  not enforce to enlarge the powers of the federal government over the sovereign states.  As if the Premises ID and NAIS assaults on private property ownership; the use of the state agricultural department to terrorize and harrass ranchers and farmers as they did in the Greg Niewendorp case, and have done to others……now they come before the entire country announcing the most invasive police state action under the guise of public health…….and are darn proud of it.
    Why healthcare reform is not about quality or access
    Original PPJG Article :  September 14, 2009 : 1:05 p.m. CST
    Marti Oakley (c) 2009
    In a recent article, I reported the underlying themes and problems with the healthcare reform proposal.  Basically, that it had nothing to do with reform other than establishing a backdoor REAL ID.  Otherwise, the entire proposal is nothing more than a directive on how you can access care, what care you can access and if and how you would qualify and who is going to get crowned the “czar”.
    Also included in this legislative slight of hand is the “public option”.  Sounds good doesn’t it?  And you can keep your private insurance if you want to.  Well, of course you can!
    Here’s the deal. If your employer decides he doesn’t want to offer insurance to his employee’s, he will have to pay a fine (tax) which as it turns out will be only a fraction of what it is costing him to offer you that insurance.  What do you think he will do?  How long do you think it will take your employer to realize he could make a lot more profit if he dropped your health coverage?
    Where does this leave you?  Looking for that “public option”, I would think.  Both public and private insurance will be managed by the same insurance companies whose former employees reported to the senate committee hearing that they were paid to deny legitimate claims; to avoid paying claims and were paid bonuses to do so.  But the governments remedy is to put them in charge of these two options.  More
    If the Mafia did it…..we would call it racketeering and bribery
     Cooperative agreements, one of the newer buzz phrases of the day is quite frankly nothing more than the sanctioning of paid bribes to state officials to implement unconstitutional mandates that violate civil rights and force the establishment of a police state.
     Under the Unfunded Mandates Act of 1946, no state can be required to participate in, or be forced to comply with any federal law or program unless they receive some form of monetary payment to cover the anticipated costs.  No money….no compliance.  This is the reason that funding has to be approved specifically for any legislative assault on the public.  Understand that although money is approved, authorized and allocated, it does not and is most times not paid in full.  The federal government will make a grand stand announcement saying that x-amount has been allocated to the states based on needs and population, but it is seldom that money ever shows up in total.  More
    None of Your Business! News from Ron Paul
    None of Your Business!
    You may not have heard of the American Community Survey, but you will.  The national census, which historically is taken every ten years, has expanded to quench the federal bureaucracy’s ever-growing thirst to govern every aspect of American life.  The new survey, unlike the traditional census, is taken each and every year at a cost of hundreds of millions of dollars.  And it’s not brief.  It contains 24 pages of intrusive questions concerning matters that simply are none of the government’s business, including your job, your income, your physical and emotional heath, your family status, your dwelling, and your intimate personal habits.
    The questions are both ludicrous and insulting.  The survey asks, for instance, how many bathrooms you have in your house, how many miles you drive to work, how many days you were sick last year, and whether you have trouble getting up stairs.  It goes on and on, mixing inane questions with highly detailed inquiries about your financial affairs.  One can only imagine the countless malevolent ways our federal bureaucrats could use this information.  At the very least the survey will be used to dole out pork, which is reason enough to oppose it.
    Keep in mind the survey is not voluntary, nor is the Census Bureau asking politely.  Americans are legally obligated to answer, and can be fined up to $1,000 per question if they refuse!
    I introduced an amendment last week that would have eliminated funds for this intrusive survey in a spending bill, explaining on the House floor that perhaps the American people don’t appreciate being threatened by Big Brother.  The amendment was met by either indifference or hostility, as most members of Congress either don’t care about or actively support government snooping into the private affairs of citizens.
    One of the worst aspects of the census is its focus on classifying people by race.  When government tells us it wants information to “help” any given group, it assumes every individual who shares certain physical characteristics has the same interests, or wants the same things from government.  This is an inherently racist and offensive assumption.  The census, like so many federal policies and programs, inflames racism by encouraging Americans to see themselves as members of racial groups fighting each other for a share of the federal pie.
    The census also represents a form of corporate welfare, since the personal data collected on hundred of millions of Americans can be sold to private businesses.  Surely business enjoys having such extensive information available from one source, but it’s hardly the duty of taxpayers to subsidize the cost of market research.
    At least the national census has its origins in the Constitution, which is more than one can say about the vast majority of programs funded by Congress.  Still, Article I makes it clear that the census should be taken every ten years for the sole purpose of congressional redistricting (and apportionment of taxes, prior to the disastrous 16th amendment).  This means a simple count of the number of people living in a given area, so that numerically equal congressional districts can be maintained.  The founders never authorized the federal government to continuously survey the American people.
    More importantly, they never envisioned a nation where the people would roll over and submit to every government demand.  The American Community Survey is patently offensive to all Americans who still embody that fundamental American virtue, namely a healthy mistrust of government.  The information demanded in the new survey is none of the government’s business, and the American people should insist that Congress reject it now before it becomes entrenched.
    Congressional Hispanic Caucus/ Scaled Down Amnesty Plan
    Leave a comment
    By Eunice Moscoso | Monday, February 11, 2008, 02:19 PMHouse Democrats are crafting a “scaled-down” immigration reform measure despite the political minefields that surround the issue, the Roll Call newspaper reported Monday.It says that Hispanic members — including Rep. Joe Baca — are seeking five-year visas for illegal immigrants who pay fines and pass criminal background checks. Baca, a California Democrat chairs the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.Baca said the prospects for a compromise package were discussed in high-level meetings that included Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Democratic Caucus Chairman Rahm Emanuel, and Rep. Zoe Lofgren, who chairs a key immigration subcommittee, Roll Call said.
    The paper added: “It’s unclear if the behind-the-scenes discussions will actually result in a bill coming to the floor, but Democrats say drafts of legislation already have been written and are being vetted behind the scenes.
