S 1959…..Tell them what you think!

If I understand the act correctly, somwhow, bloggers, independent news services that are not controlled by the CIA or the Office of Propaganda, The Ministry of Truth (as we want you to know it) or any of the other government agencies that actively control  the content in MSM are now a threat to national security.

Supposedly, it’s those of us out here who are communicating outside of the prescribed boundaries of propaganda that our government is now fearful of.  Blogging has been deemed a “threat” to national security.

Rumsfeld, before he was canned, claimed that the internet was an “enemy weapons system” and should be closed down.  Of course Rummy viewed anyone outside of the government as an enemy…..and not because of the interent.

Our entire government now views the American citizenry to be potential terrorists and a threat to national security.  You have only to look at the laws that have been passed over the last 20 years to realize that the people our government is most fearful of ……is us.

If this bill passes……..just communicating your ideas, opinions or thoughts to your representative or senator could be considered an act of violence.  Being politically active outside the golden walls of congress could get you labeled a “domestic terrorist”.  Practicing unapproved religions could get you labeled as “undesirable”.  Working for social or political change could net you a special cell at one of the new FEMA camps.

Ultimately, there are laws against the fluffy issues surrounding what this law is supposed to be about.  But, sitting dead in the middle of the contents is the internet.  That’s what they are really after.  As it is, the 1st Amendment protects the internet from our government so a new law with a phony national security threat had to be devised so that the 1st could be breached.

Nothing less than treason

In what is nothing less than a step towards martial law and the North American Union, U.S. Air Force Gen. Gene Renaurt signed an agreement with Canadian Air Force Lt-Gen. Marc Dumais  which is nothing less than a treaty, called the Civil Assistance Plan.  This so-called agreement (treaty) signals the intended use of the military of Canada on U.S. soil, against U.S. Citizens. 

The flowery language in the public announcement from United States Northern Command appears to imply that without the assistance of Canadian troops, our military might not be able to efficiently respond in the event of a national emergency.  Supposedly, if we have a flood, hurricane, forest fire, earthquake or another terrorist attack additional forces that are more flexible and adaptive are needed and these forces are, for some reason, not to be found within the 1.5 million in our own military.

Our military isn’t supposed to respond in the first place, much less with the assistance of foreign soldiers.  We have made similar agreements (treaty’s) with other nations including Germany and Mexico. 

It isn’t a national disaster or attack from terrorists that the two governments are preparing for.  It is the anticipated civil revolts resulting from the intent to merge the U.S, Canada and Mexico; and the intentional creation of a food shortage over this year along with the forced collapse of our economies that has them worried.  What if the peasants revolt?

What concerns me most in this treasonous pact are those terms, flexible and adaptive.  I can’t imagine any military more flexible and adaptive than our own….so what could this really mean?

In the context of the North American Union, it means soldiers who wouldn’t be firing on family and friends…on their countrymen.  The subconscious sense of national identity would allow Canadian soldiers to view us as an enemy.  That sense would not likely include natural inhibitions our own military might have about attacking U.S. citizens under a declaration of martial law.  The reverse would be likely for the U.S. military on Canadian soil.

We have a little known law called “The Logan Act”.  This act makes it a felony for any person to enter into agreements or treaty’s, or even conversations with foreign nations that in any way work to undermine the United States as a nation.  It is only with permission from those with the authority to do so, that any discussions or meetings can occur….and these still may not include anything that undermines the laws or sovereignty of the U.S..

I would like to know who gave Gen. Renaurt the permission to enter into this agreement with foreign nations?  Whomever, that person was, is guilty of a felony as is the General.

Our constitution says that treaty’s are the law of the land.  These must be adhered to.  But, treaty’s also must abide by the sovereign laws of the U.S.  They also must pass both houses of congress and be approved before being adopted.  Which is exactly why “treaty” is never used in these illegal pacts and the word “agreement” is substituted.  This bypasses congress altogether and allows unhindered assaults on our sovereignty. 

 These “agreements” are illegal and unconstitutional regardless of who initiated them.  There are no provisions in our Constitution for such agreements.  This would include the North American Free Trade Agreement.   The Central America Free Trade Agreement.  The Free Trade Area of the America’s Agreement, and a host of other agreements that are destroying our economy and forfeiting our sovereignty. 

This brings me back to a question that seems to run through my mind daily.  Where the hell is our congress?  Whether Democrat or Republican not one of them has made any effort to end this corruption of our laws and of our Constitution.  And, not one of these bloated politicians has spoken one word about this treasonous pact.  Dead silence.

Oh! Except for Ron Paul, he of course, has.  Well…. there’s one in a row.

 

Don’t think they are worried about this either.  If we protest too much they can always vote themselves retro-active immunity from any prosecution…..and then call on Canada’s military to silence us.

U.S. Air Force Gen. Gene Renuart, commander of North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command, and Canadian Air Force Lt.-Gen. Marc Dumais, commander of Canada Command, have signed a Civil Assistance Plan that allows the military from one nation to support the armed forces of the other nation during a civil emergency.

“This document is a unique, bilateral military plan to align our respective national military plans to respond quickly to the other nation’s requests for military support of civil authorities,” Renuart said. “Unity of effort during bilateral support for civil support operations such as floods, forest fires, hurricanes, earthquakes and effects of a terrorist attack, in order to save lives, prevent human suffering and mitigate damage to property, is of the highest importance, and we need to be able to have forces that are flexible and adaptive to support rapid decision-making in a collaborative environment.”

“The signing of this plan is an important symbol of the already strong working relationship between Canada Command and U.S. Northern Command,” Dumais said.

 “Our commands were created by our respective governments to respond to the defense and security challenges of the twenty-first century, and we both realize that these and other challenges are best met through cooperation between friends.”

The plan recognizes the role of each nation’s lead federal agency for emergency preparedness, which in the United States is the Department of Homeland Security and in Canada is Public Safety Canada. The plan facilitates the military-to-military support of civil authorities once government authorities have agreed on an appropriate response.

U.S. Northern Command was established on Oct. 1, 2002, to anticipate and conduct homeland defense and civil support operations within the assigned area of responsibility to defend, protect, and secure the United States and its interests.

Similarly, Canada Command was established on Feb. 1, 2006, to focus on domestic operations and to offer a single point of contact for all domestic and continental defense and security partners.The two domestic commands established strong bilateral ties well before the signing of the Civil Assistance Plan. The two commanders and their staffs meet regularly, collaborate on contingency planning and participate in related annual exercises

Canadian Troops To Patrol US Cities As Food Riots Feared

Russian Military Analysts are reporting in the Kremlin today that the United States has, for the first time in its history, granted rights to a Foreign Army to have ‘full power’ over the life and death of American Citizens in their own country.

Though not being reported to the American people by their propaganda media organs, the United States Northern Command Military Leader, US Air Force Gen. Gene Renuart, and his Canadian counterpart, Air Force Lt.-Gen. Marc Dumais [both pictured top left] announced this new Military Pact this past week, and as we can read:

“U.S. Air Force Gen. Gene Renuart, commander of North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command, and Canadian Air Force Lt.-Gen. It is interesting to note, too, that the Canadian peoples, like their American neighbors to the south, were not told of these plans for their Military Forces, and as we can read as reported by Canada ’s Canwest News Service, and who say:

“Canada and the U.S. have signed an agreement that paves the way for the militaries from either nation to send troops across each other’s borders during an emergency, but some are questioning why the Harper government has kept silent on the deal. Neither the Canadian government nor the Canadian Forces announced the new agreement, which was signed Feb. 14 in Texas.”

Russian Colonel Gen Vladimir Bulgakov, Commander of Russia’s Far East Military District, points out in these reports that it is ‘no wonder’ that neither the US or Canadian War Leaders want the masses of their citizens to know about these ‘unprecedented’ events as ‘soldiers by their inherent training are for use in war, not peace’.

These reports further note that though Canada currently possesses 125,000 active Military and 36,500 Reserve Troops, the majority of which have been ‘combat hardened’ in the US Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the only Canadian Troops available for any, so called, ‘civil emergency’ in the United States, are soldiers from its Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM), and which Russian Military Commanders rate as being one of the top Special Forces Units among all of the World’s Army’s.

The more likely use of these Canadian Troops on American Soil, these reports go on to say, would be for the patrolling of US Cities during times of civil war, internal unrest, or, most fearfully, the assisting of US Police in the rounding up of masses of US Citizens for arrest and internment.

This assessment of the truest intentions of the United States War Leaders granting power over their own citizens to Canadian Special Forces Troops, appears to be supported by information coming from US Troops returning from Iraq, and as we can read as reported by the Prison Planet News Service in their report titled “U.S. Troops Asked If They Would Shoot American Citizens“, and which says:

“U.S. troops are being trained to conduct round-ups, confiscate guns and shoot American citizens, including their own friends and family members, as part of a long-standing program to prepare for the declaration of martial law, according to a soldier who recently returned from Iraq.“

We received an e mail from “Scott”, a member of a pipe-fitters union that runs an apprenticeship program called Helmets To Hard Hats, which according to its website “Is a national program that connects National Guard, Reserve and transitioning active-duty military members with quality career training and employment opportunities within the construction industry.”

Scott writes that his company hired a soldier who had recently returned from Iraq, who told him that U.S. troops were being quizzed on whether or not they would be prepared to shoot their own friends and family members during a national state of emergency in America.

An estimated timeline in these reports states that the American people could begin seeing Canadian Soldiers in their cities as early as this summer, as many experts are predicting that the massive food shortages being reported all around the World will begin causing food riots in many American cities.

To how bad the Global Food Crisis is becoming we can read as reported by Australia ’s Adelaide Now News Service, and which says:

“A WORSENING global food shortage is a problem far more urgent than climate change, top Australian scientists have warned. The Australian Science Media Centre briefing heard why prices for some staple foods had risen by as much as 60 per cent in the past year, and how dramatic price rises are expected to sweep across all staples in the near future.”

There remains no evidence to suggest, either, that the American people themselves are aware of the brutal future being planned for them.  Even more sadly, perhaps, is the evidence suggesting that they don’t even want to know.
